good but no packaging / documents.
Very quick and efficient delivery and good prices. However drill and charger arrived without any packaging or the usual documents (e.g. warranty, safety and conformity docs etc.) - only a basic instruction manual was thrown in. Caused some concern, but decided to stick with it as it all seems OK (its a good drill) but would have liked more certainty and to have know what to expect

I am sorry for your concerns but just to put your mind at rest we do not sell used or refurbished tools, everything we sell is brand new directly from Makita. To explain why the item is delivered in a plain box. We purchase most of our tools as bare units where they come in Makita branded boxes, however, with the drills, we buy these as twin kits. We then split these down selling the individual parts separately - i.e. batteries, chargers and drills. This is a technique used by the majority of tool dealers as it offers a much cheaper price to the end user. The machines are exactly the same they just do not have the disposible Makita box included. All Makita tools are eligible for three year's warranty by registering them on the Makita website, this will also show that the item is brand new.

Brilliant products at very competitive prices. The free battery & charger promotion was easy to access and I received my items within a week of sending off the form.
My only negative comment would be with the choice of courier, two failed attempts with no real explanation but everything arrived eventually.
