This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in years. Even though my product was out of warranty, the elvie team helped me find a solution and quickly! They truly are a brand that stands by their mission. They understand the importance of breastfeeding to moms who are doing so. Highly recommend this brand to all new moms I’m coming in contact with!

Posting this as a follow-up to my previous review, since there appears to be no option to directly reply to the company response on my original post.
After I shared my experience here, the team at Elvie responded saying they had contacted me by email to address the issues raised. Shortly after that, I did receive an email from their support team stating that they would proceed with a partial replacement order because one of the parts (Breast Shields) is currently out of stock.
However, my concern remains the same. I originally raised this replacement request on February 17, and for several weeks I was repeatedly assured that the replacement order had been reprocessed and would ship within 1–3 days. During all of those follow-ups, I was never informed that any parts were out of stock.
After nearly a month of waiting and multiple escalations, offering a partial replacement is not a reasonable resolution. The issue with the pump was confirmed by the support team, and the replacement was already approved.
Given the delays and circumstances, I have requested a complete replacement of the breast pump unit, rather than individual parts. I am willing to return my current unit if required.
In an effort to resolve this, I have also reached out to several people within Elvie on LinkedIn, including members of leadership and even the CEO. Unfortunately, I have not received any response. When a customer issue escalates to this level, leadership attention and accountability should be a priority. The lack of response from senior leadership only adds to the frustration and reflects poorly on the company’s commitment to customer support.
I hope Elvie reviews this case seriously and provides a fair and timely resolution.

Returned my unopened pump over a month ago and still no refund. Constantly told they will look into it and nothing. Will be going to trading standards to resolve if not sorted in the next 48 hours

A completely terrible experience from start to finish.
I can’t comment on the product but if it’s anything like the service they provide it will be totally useless.
I would not go near this company. They are not interested in the mothers or babies their products are for.
I was promised a delivery date twice only to be told it hadn’t even left the warehouse. It was for a breast pump that my partner badly needed so I went with was was supposed to be a market leader, or you would think so for the prices they charge.
The customer service experience trying to get to the bottom of it was so bad I can’t put it into words.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY PEOPLE!!!!

Product malfunctioned after a few months, customer service is absolutely dreadful. Lied about sending a replacement part, then lied to say they've got a problem in their warehouse, then lied about ever approving my replacement part in the first place.

It was very easy to get in touch with a customer service representative. The representative communicated well and met my needs. I received replacement pump parts sooner than expected. I am very pleased with not only the product, but the service is phenomenal as well!

If there were more stars, I would give them! I couldn’t recommend the Elvie more. This is my second pump purchase, and it has been a vital part of my breastfeeding journey. It’s quick, easy, and so handy to use. Their customer service is second to none — incredibly responsive and pleasant. I’ve never experienced a more helpful team. 10/10

Got the Elvie stride 2 which is broken. Contacted customer support on their live chat. They agreed to supply replacement parts 2 weeks ago, but they remain out of stock due to ‘high demand’. Since they don’t sell spare parts for the stride 2, the high demand must be from broken pumps. The woman on live chat today told me she uses the stride 2 and hers is also broken and she is borrowing a pump from her sister and suggests I do the same or hand express. Seriously? Not great when an Elvie employee tells you her elvie pump is broken as well. I asked for a refund and she closed the chat! I have the screenshots.

When milk got caught in my Elvie tubes and hub I needed a replacement, and although I didn’t have the original order number (it was a gift a received over a year ago) customer care treated me like a mom in need and not just a customer. They replaced my pump and cords with no charge. I can’t recommend this company enough. Thank you so much, you have a lifetime customer in me

Horrendous customer service. I am a working mom and expected things to be easy when I needed replacement parts. They say they are for working moms - I have written several emails, been back and forth on the phone and chat...I have no idea how much of my time this has taken at this point. If you're a working mom, you know your time is extremely precious. I absolutely do NOT recommend this product because of how awful and burdensome customer service has been when I had issues with my pump malfunctioning. I have not been able to use it since September. STILL WAITING ON THE PARTS! It's been a total waste of money

These pumps come with a premium price tag. Yet my experience has been anything but. My pumps (yes I bought two), don’t pump properly . With or without the adjustment for nipple size. The milk keeps leaking out wasting SO MUCH! I end up having to sit still and press them onto my chest in order for the milk to be captured. I may as well not have gotten wireless pumps.
Speaking to their helpdesk support is absolutely useless.
I bought mine in Nov 2024. Only started using them around Aug 2025 (baby was born in April). It’s been awful. I wish I hadn’t spent that money. While they laugh all the way to the bank.
