eMAG does not take any responsibility for the products delivered by the sellers. The customer support is very poor, they can be contacted only by chat. They respond very vague in the chat and then they close the chat. They send an email about your request, stating in the email that you can reply at any time about that specific request. But they never respond to the replies. I had an order containing 4 products from different sellers. For one product the seller sent a different product than what I ordered, I don't have the return option available in the app and customer support didn't help in any way. For another product, the estimated delivery date was in about 1 week. There are 2 weeks now since I placed the order and the product did not arrive. No further information was received from customer support. A third product should have arrived today but it was not even taken by the delivery company.
Disappointed
They started to pull out the negative reviews, saying that they don't respect their policy and make a reference to their guide of so called best practices. Basically my review actually turns into a request that I have to address to them. I don't think it's fair to defend some crooks who shove crap down your throat and you can't return it, get your money back, until after a period of 15 days. I've been a customer for 15 years and I'm deeply disappointed in their policy.

I requested a warranty claim from eMAG — the order was placed through the website — apparently the only option was to send the item via courier. Since it was a hard drive, I already suspected there would be problems, so I contacted an eMAG representative via chat and sent them the SMART report, asking them to attach it to the warranty request. I also asked them to return the original product after resolving the warranty claim, so I could try to recover the data from the hard drive.
I received no concrete answer confirming whether what I sent was taken into account, just that the information would be forwarded to the service team.
The service is actually handled by Depanero, who of course only replied that the hard drive would be sent to another service center and that the original product could not be returned for data recovery. My only options were either to have the product returned without the warranty being processed or to accept that the data was lost. I agreed to continue with the warranty process.
A few days later, I received a dry email response saying the warranty could not be honored because the product had suffered physical shock. They sent me a photo showing a bent PCB and dented metal casing — so, just as I feared, somewhere along the transport chain from me to the final service center, the hard drive had been handled carelessly.
I requested the return of the product, since I was already sure there was no way to resolve the issue, and the hard drive arrived back DOA (Dead On Arrival)...
As expected, the warranty was not honored and the hard drive was returned in worse condition than when it was sent in for repair/replacement.
I contacted eMAG again via chat to discuss the problem and asked for the warranty intake sheet — since no one informed me until the end that the hard drive had signs of physical shock, it’s normal for me to assume it was received in good condition. Again, I received only a dry message via email, despite repeatedly asking to be contacted by phone (I had listed myself as the contact person for the claim), stating that the complaint had been received and asking if I had pictures of the original packaging... Of course, every time I spoke to a different person who didn’t know the complaint history and just wanted to get rid of the customer.
For me, the conclusion is already clear — and unfortunately it confirms the various posts I’ve seen on Facebook, LinkedIn, or tech forums in recent years — the quality of eMAG’s services has dropped significantly.

They do not send you the product you ordered. No exchanges, no complaints. I was given the cynical answer to order again, in case second time maybe I get the product I requested. They sell TEMU junk with a European price tag. Romanians... disgusting company.

very dissapointing
1st problem was with a delayed delivery: "if you order before 12:00 it will arrive tomorrow", tracking the package it was 7 days in their local warehouse before shipping.
2nd problem: package was too big for easybox, they sent me a message to change the shipping address and decided to sent it back instead of trying to deliver by the new address that I was made to chose.
I didn't have problems with them before getting Genius.
