I have ordered from this company Emag ,they take my money and I didnt receive anything.With this way every person can do business.. to have customers to take the money and never to send the products!!!!

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNTRACKABLE ORDERS.
Ordered a christmas tree on december 3d, Got here 1 month later, TOTALLY UNTRACKABLE. Their own system did not find the package with the tracking info THEY provied, if you ordered without registration. Apart from 1 single order confirmation with a tracking number, I had zero communication, Package vanished.
1 - They Do not have a chat, they have a useless robot which's software probably came from 1993, it is so wit. Its unable to check tracking information based on a tracking number, gets confused after 1 question and repeats itself, no transfer to live agent possible. LOL.
2 - The ONLY ONE customer service phone number (you need to search for it for a half hour) is a recored message which HANGS UP ON YOU after telling you to go online. LOL. unbelievable.
3 - They do not reply to ANY emails, I have written 5 or 6. ZERO ANSWERS. Zero help to find the package and get a delivery date estimate.
I naturally sent the package back, when it arrived unannounced, 4 weeks later. had to buy somewhere else by then, but waiting till the last momnent at christmas while trying to contact this last century operation was a stress I did not need.
NEVER order anything from here ever again. Any company without a decent customer service should not exist in this century.

Emag became over the years just a Romanian scam with highest prices and worst customer support. The quality of the products went from bad to worse and you can buy anything 10 times cheaper anywhere else.

Negative reviews are not accepted!

I order a new SSD and received one with an opened package. Because it was a Christmas gift, there was no time to return it. The product itself is ok and i tested it, but the actual fact of delivering something not-new is just a common behavior for Emag these days.
I tried sending 2 such negative reviews and all of them were being sent for moderation for more than 7 days. I dont expect them to be published anymore
I will reconsider my online shopping

Don t buy. Everything is against customer. Besides products are much expensive that other store, the delivery time is always delayed! for 5 orders i had 5 delays for each and they Don t care! we buy from them and we made them bigger estore, but they deserve that nobody buys at all. NEVER. The worst example I bought A TOY for my girl, only on emag, after 14 days , that each day had a promise for delivery, theu sent me a 4 euro voucher. What the fu? MONEY DON T BUY honestity!!!! SHAME EMAG

Emag.ro offers no real customer support.
They only "speak" with clients through chat or email and stop answering if they don't like the direction of the conversation.

Trying to get my money back for a product I returned, only lies on chat for over 3 weeks now. Don't recommend.

Since they refuse to allow us to give honest reviews of products and suppress the bad ones, here I am.

Their delivery times are incredibly slow. They spam you with emails asking for your opinion but then refuse to publish it if it's bad. Like others have said, it's why so many garbage products have 5 star ratings, usually from 3-4 "people" only.

They are Amazon wannabes but they are the knock-off version of it, worse in every single way. I hope Amazon finally comes to this god-forsaken country since this "company" is just so damn bad! Why does Italy, Spain, UK etc. get to have Amazon and we're stuck with these losers??

TrustPilot please let us give 0 stars, they don't even deserve the 1/5.

For anyone living in Romania, just order directly from the shop's website and bypass eMag. They take a cut for doing literally nothing.

They delivered an expired vitamin tube and, after I requested a change of the product they sent me another one with the expiration date carefully erased. It is worth mentioning that the vitamin tube is sold and delivered by emag.ro
Of course that I also stumbled upon the fact that they don't publish bad reviews in their site.

They delivered me a different, not what I ordered and they don't even have a proper customer service, just a useless chat bot!

They will not let you publish a bad review on any product they (re)sell, no matter how bad the thing actually is. They keep inventing reasons. This is why most of their products, even the worst ones, only have good reviews. So, you should not rely on the reviews you see on eMAG. The best thing you could do is to look the product up on the net. Or, even better, buy from somewhere else, as eMAG anyway adds some 150-180% margin to the product's actual price, and have terrible customer support, if any at all.

It's almost impossible to talk with a team agent,if you need help. That f...h chat bot is useless, as there are only a few general answers and even if you specify that you want the transfer,it will give you the same idiot answer. It is so annoying and also you don't have a phone number where to call. A disgrace for a company so big.

These people/emag are a “legal” scam. One of their common tricks is to offer attractive products or common products on an unusually, irresistibly low price and thus make people order. It’s just a bait because people always buy other products with it to justify the shipment cost. Later on they cancel the orders of the bait-product(s) on their own without any notice or interaction with the customer and return the money. Meanwhile you bought few other products because of the bait and they celebrate big profits. The shipping is also provided by their franchise company Sameday which is just ridiculous. For the both companies there is zero possibility to connect and get customer support in any useful form or obtain any additional information: no working phone numbers, no functional chats, no efficient emails, no nothing! The platform is made only to accept orders and nothing else. This business is a fraud and should be closed by the government… normally…

Disgusting and frustrating scheme we all fall victims to.

I ordered some products from a seller on their marketplace and they did not accept the review, even though they were defective products.

You cannot rely on them to repair your defective product under warranty, nor to replace it with an equivalent one.

I ordered from Emag and there is only and online bot was useless and I can't registed a complaint! They work only with Sameday delivery company that do whatever they want with the deliveries! They placed part of my order to pick up from easy box from a totally different neighborhood from the address that I provided! I called Sameday and they advised me that they can't do anything. Absolutely terrible service and I have used them for many many years!

0 customer service. The delivery model is the most stupid idiot model. But hey, the idiot is the one who is buying, isn’t it? That’s Emag policy.

EVEN 1 STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THIS SITE!!! Yes, as many people saying in these reviews, eMag used to be a very good site and i been their customer since 6 years now! In the past we were able to call them on the phone and discuss the problem but now you can NOT speak anymore to a real person but to a bot on their site!!!! This is TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL AND DISAPPOINTING!! And personally i dont accept disrespectful and if someone is disrespectful i will just answer back the same and STOP the contact with them!!! Just yesterday i ordered a product and when they gave me the delivery time within 6 days, well that was very disappointing to me as i needed the product withing 2 days, so in the evening i clicked on CANCEL the order button!! Guess what happened, they said a form of cancellation was sent to them but they didnt get back to me and i had no other way to directly contact A REAL PERSON! Now i see the product i ordered is in the courier's warehouse so in a way they obliged me to wait until i get the product and then eventually send it back to them or just accept it and move on but WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS SITE!!!!! They lost ME and i bet they lost lots of customers and they will keep losing them! I will also make sure to tell everybody NOT TO BUY FROM THIS SITE ANYMORE!!!! No customer service??? Then they dont need customers at all!!! I hate them now! THE END!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a cpu cooler and emag decided to just place the awb on the product's box, no extra packaging what so ever. If the product doesn't work it's the buyer's fault and not their negligence.

Verry poor customer service. Delivery delays more and more often. Its a shame.
