I paid EmbreTribe $6,000 for blog content creation based on specific (and agreed) keywords, with a clear 3-month timeline. From the start, there were major issues — their writers clearly didn't understand my product’s core value proposition, and I had to repeatedly explain why their drafts were completely off-base. Eventually, they adjusted, but the problems didn’t stop there.

First, the articles were delivered very late — in some cases, with no communication for weeks. I had to escalate directly to TJ just to get a response. Second, they began swapping out our agreed keywords for irrelevant ones without any notice or approval. Third, and most importantly: the content did absolutely nothing for my traffic or visibility. Zero measurable impact.

When I asked them to stop work and issue a partial refund (after they delivered only 84% of the content, two months behind schedule), they claimed all the work had already been completed — despite the fact that they only sent me the remaining articles after I requested the refund.

Bottom line: their strategy doesn’t work, their communication is poor, and their professionalism is lacking. Don’t waste your marketing budget here. Save yourself the money, time, and aggravation.
