Even though we ended up not using EmberTribe, our representative T.J. was exceedingly professional.

As a marketing leader, sales leader, and CEO, I have had a 25 year career built on generating revenue. Over the course of my career I have dealt with internal marketing teams, external teams, larger agencies and single shingle shops and have had challenges with each. Specifically I have found that internal teams have struggled to keep up with rapidly changing technology or to bring in fresh ideas from outside our industry. With agencies, I have been frustrated with their fees, the amount of time they spend with me or my account, and consistent follow-up. EmberTribe has been the exception to past experiences and have delivered the results they promised at the price the quoted. Additionally, and most importantly, they have a team of individuals supporting our account that we enjoy working with and trust. I have found the EmberTribe team to be professional, knowledgeable, proactive, and responsive. We consistently know where we are as a result of their reporting and simply have confidence in their ability to execute and deliver. I wholeheartedly recommend EmberTribe and know you will be happy with their results.

It was great to partner with EmberTribe to launch our product for the first time. Leading up to it I was very nervous and scared that our product might not sell at all, but the folks at EmberTribe helped to calm those fears as we head a great first month of sales.

Kayla and Mariel (dream team) together really got the ball rolling for our brand with EmberTribe. I really appreciate how patient and driven they are and look forward to seeing more results.

Ember Tribe was referred to me by a friend's tech company. They were highly recommended. Since I have been working with them I can see why. First off, they are very well organized, I never had an agency that was proactive in solving problems like they are. Ember Tribe is on top of it! I have a DTC brand and paid ads are a big part of our marketing plan so picking the right agency drives a huge part of our revenue. I already recommended them to other companies and would continue to do so. This agency made me realize my previous agency was subpar and I was paying more at the previous one. So far my experience with ET has been top notch and would highly recommend them.
EmberTribe has done a tremendous job for my business. I began as a novice with no experience whatsoever in online sales and marketing. They have provided a tremendous service in helping me find my various target markets. My product provides a service that very few consumers are aware that they need. EmberTribe has created an educational program for my target markets that has allowed the business to grow. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and happy to educate you so that you can be better at running your own business. I highly recommend EmberTribe
A colleague recommended Ember Tribe to us and the brand had a record year with stellar performance kpi's. The Ember Tribe team makes things easy to understand and communication has been incredible. I consider them part of the brand at this point and will continue to rely on their expertise.
EmberTribe single handedly crushed our business. Our revenue went down more than 50% from when we signed up.
During the intro calls they bring up how they have a team of experts to help optimize your existing ads to maximize ROAS, their "team" of experts were only great at finding ways to help us lose money on our ad spend.
In the beginning you're assigned a project manager, account manager, and ads manager.. During our term both project and account manager left the firm. Red Flag?
During the first month or two we gave them benefit of the doubt as they were making changes to our ads and figured there'd be a disruption to ad performance. It wasn't until month 4 when we started seeing zero results and my team started questioning why we weren't seeing any results yet. Their default answer to everything was that "we have to experiment with the ads to find what will yield results" (this was already 5 months into our contract).
What's alarming is that their ads manager mentioned they were doing calls with our FB Advertising Rep and was learning how to tweak our ads. Shouldn't that be a red flag especially if these guys are the professionals here.

We commissioned ember tribe on a monthly
Spend of 5k a month for a set number of leads for roofing. We provided consistent feedback on each referral during their campaign. They utilize all in one networking white label system as their own, this meant that ads were hard to adjust when we saw it wasn’t aligning with our brand, getting poor leads to customers who weren’t interested, and very bad home servicing demographics that didn’t match our pricing structure. Demographics such as tenants who are unable to making purchasing decisions, customers looking for a free roof or repair, mobile/smaller/homes isolated from other door knocking opportunities, and lower income areas where disposable income for the type of roof we install isn’t feasible. All this was explained. Our sales people were blamed for not following up, not being able to close, etc. no one can buy from us if they don’t/can’t finance or have the capital. Pretty basic knowledge. Would stay away from them. Discussed our displeasure with them and was told they would run more ads for 2500 and not take the 2500 amount they paid themselves. This is grossly overpaid for a white label service that All in one networking is providing them. They touted woosender as the best thing that it would automate appointment setting but they had no accurately set up - we had in-house staff working to understand it and how that process would work with our sales staff and then setting the appointment. Very convoluted and no sense of direction. Do not use.

Everyone I interacted with at EmberTribe was perfectly pleasant, and they did help with the UX on our website. However, after a 6+ month engagement at $3000/month, we saw basically no growth in sales nor any improvement in ROAS on our social media ads. Decided to move on, because $18k is too much for a small business to pay an agency that wasn't helping us scale our conversions.

All around great team.... The Embertribe team really answered my technical questions without hesitation.... Helped me understand where my business was lacking. It's hard to find companies nowadays that really go above and beyond. 😎
Embertribe has been incredible to work with. Not only are they knowledgeable and the best at their craft but they care about you and your business. Highly recommend!
I have worked with EmberTribe multiple times for different projects and they have been really wonderful. Their team has helped me to promote and advertise my products and some special events. They communicated well and have helped me to build a customer base via my newsletter. Thankful for their expertise!
We hired them because we were looking for a digital marketing agency. We spent over $4000 in and spend plus $5000 in agency fees and the engagement gave me a sale worth $78! I am serious $78! So basically I spent $9000 to get $78 back. I hope other people do not make the same mistake I made by hiring them! I am not sure about the returns and the unique strategy that they talk about everywhere. They definitely do not know what they are doing.

I run an ecommerce business. With holiday season approaching, we began looking for agencies to ramp up paid ads and after talking to more then a dozen, we decided on EmberTribe in part because they presented the most aligned (in my opinion) pricing, my sales executive told me the pricing would be assessed based on a percentage of revenues generated by ads. We turn down other agencies and commit to EmberTribe, they put us through a 3 week onboard process which takes us to almost middle of November.
At the very last minute of our kick off call, the "group account manager" assigned to me suddenly tells me that in order to launch, I need to be aware that there will be a 3000 dollar monthly fee (never previously discussed with me) plus a double digit percentage of ALL STORE REVENUE (even if ads generated just a minute portion of it), which is something I never heard of before and sounded downright ridiculous predatory to me. Not only was this incredibly unprofessional on EmberTribe's part, I'm understandably upset at this last minute bait and switch, especially because it puts us in the middle of holiday season in the dark in terms of launching a professionally managed campaign.
In addition, unbelievably, instead of acknowledging my concerns the cofounder tried to turn this around on me by making outright lies and exaggerated slander against my persons while not addressing any of the legitimate concerns I brought up. My experience echos that of the last 1 star review that was on here, these guys are absolutely horrible and the worst, extremely unethical and predatory firm.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews. In fact, I’ve delayed doing so for months. But in the end, I decided it wouldn’t be fair to others to not share my experience. The truth is, EmberTribe left me $4,400 in the hole. Here’s my story:
After my initial strategy call, I was excited. The owner himself had told me he was incredibly confident they could take fledgling but profitable business to the big leagues. It would cost me $3,000 a month. After expressing my concern about paying that much a month, they offered me $2,500/month in exchange for a significant share of future profits (in hindsight, it was a pretty raw deal, but I really wanted to get an “expert” working on my ads instead of me, the novice). They sent me some testimonial videos that really made it sound like they knew their stuff, and I signed up.
I was assigned a team and the project kicked off. In fairness, my offer involves a travel deal, and right after we started, Covid hit. I was extremely patient, since I assumed Covid was impacting their ability to get results. But there was something nagging at me too… The creative they were producing was pretty crappy. In fact, the video I’d produced myself was WAY better than anything they were churning out. After a while of getting losing results with their creative, they just started using my creative in their ads.
BUT HERE’S THE KICKER: Two months in, I took a closer look into the profitability of individual campaigns. During those two months, my own campaigns (which I had set up prior to bringing on EmberTribe) had made $6,000 profit. EmberTribe’s campaigns had made $600 profit, despite having a larger ad budget than my campaigns. Yes, as a complete ads novice, I 10X’ed their results during the exact same timeframe.
BUT EmberTribe also charged me $5,000 in agency fees, just about wiping out the entire profit of my own ad campaigns. When I approached them about the results, they “graciously” agreed to let me out of the final month of my contract, but when I asked if they’d be willing to refund any of the agency fees, I was politely declined. Essentially, they required me to take the risk for their lack of results.
They made me $600, and took $5,000. As a fledgling business, it’s been tough trying to recover from that.
