I had a really positive experience with Emerald Doors. The quality of the doors was excellent and exactly as described on the website. Delivery was smooth and everything arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.

Customer service was also very helpful throughout the process. They were quick to respond to my questions and kept me updated with my order. It’s clear they care about both their products and their customers.

I’d definitely recommend Emerald Doors to anyone looking for high-quality internal or fire doors at a good price. Very pleased with the overall service.

I ordered and paid for 7 doors online. Same day they phoned me to say website should not have shown 6 of the doors as available as they were not available.

I therefore asked for the full order to be cancelled and refunded. I followed this up with an email asking for confirmation that order was cancelled and refund on way. Reply said it was being passed to accounts.

8 days (and no communication) later I chased for the refund and the following day I received an email saying refund would take 3-5 working days.

I think 2 weeks is too long to wait for a refund given they couldn't fulfil the order and shouldn't really have even accepted the order!

Excellent quality doors. Delivered to our house easily and no issues with damage.

Efficient customer focused
I ordered my oak doors which arrived efficiently. Unfortunately the doors they were the wrong size. I rang them up. Emerald were very apologetic. The following day they were collected and replaced. So no problem. High quality doors. I would recommend.

Just had my bespoke fire doors delivered, and they look stunning even better then the pictures. Will definitely be buying the rest of the doors for the upstairs very soon.

Ordered a few pocket Doors whilst redoing my house. First of all the prices. The team at Emerald Doors were very diligent in ensuring that they got me the best prices. Special mention to Sarah who helped me in choosing the doors suited to my needs.

We were looking for internal oak bi-fold doors - both glazed and solid and Emerald doors had a good selection. The ordering and delivery process was very smooth and the door arrived well packaged and is of good quality. We will be buying more doors from them.

Great customer service. My Madison double internal doors arrived promptly and in excellent condition.
They are good quality and look absolutely fabulous. Even my joiner was impressed.

The ordering process was easy and everything was delivered in a reasonable time. Unfortunately the quality of the manufacture of the door was not as good as the ones I had purchased some 6 yrs earlier.

Once again , and within 24 hours the sales team at Emerald doors has come up trumps. A great sales team with a great phone manner. Nothing is to much trouble for them. we would definitely recommend both the team and the quality of the product.
