Quick delivery .reasonable price would use again .

I’m happy with the food and water filter. Customer Service was good and they answered my questions .
I’d recommend them.

Obviously not used the products yet, however the order, the customer service and the delivery which was very quick have all been excellent and no complaints. The products were well packed for delivery.

I was a little disappointed that there were no breakfast meals in the 3mth supply. Other than that dilivary was within reasonable time. The cans were not damaged.
But unfortunately I haven't tried or tasted the food. It's been. Given as a present.

they don't answer emails and are slow to deliver

Very good customer service - had a mixup with the order and got a replacement sorted without any questions asked. Delivery was prompt with good packaging.
Tried two of the flavours from my order so far and the taste was better than I expected. Looking forward to sampling the remaining flavours before placing a bigger order.

The long life food is tasty and their delivery is fast and efficient.

One problem: the delivery instructions were not followed, because the delivery label was folded in a way that made them invisible.

Went i first researched about freeze dried food, Mountain House's name kept coming up.
Then to find a reliable, trustworthy company to supply it.
Emergencyfoodstorage is excellent. They are fast, reliable and the package is sent in plain packaging which is always nice when buying these types of things.
Have been buying from them for years and they have always been perfect.
Highly recommend to anyone.

I received my sample pack about two weeks after my order and a very happy. I tried two packs of the food and I must say they were quite tasty... Could do with a little bit more pasta in the bolognese packet. Thanks again... Maurice.. Kildare Ireland...
