I contacted the company by phone with a question about my order. I received an email from back from a man called Jonny. He was extremely helpful and answered the queries I had. He personally went to the warehouse and checked the goods to see if the labeling was as I required.
He took personal responsibility for my order and and said he would make sure everything went smoothly for me.

Ordered some long life food from this site and I had my package within 3 working days. Great service and trustworthy company. Only thing they can improve on was that I didn't get a confirmation of order email once I placed my order but its not a big deal as the order can be seen on the website when you log onto your account. Great company and will use again.

Really pleased with my purchase - a 12 meal 'Trial' pack of freeze dried meals which will go into my 72 hour pack for my husband and myself. All the meals are different and look to be really tasty. I was impressed with the excellent service I received and I didn't have to wait long for it to be delivered. Can't fault them.

Very pleased with my order. Arrived in a timely manner and with a note explaining some important things about the content.

Good choice of products for what I wanted, reasonable prices although not the lowest available for the same items. Stars deducted for delivery to billing address and not delivery address, which was a hassle. Good and regular communication. Jonny at EFS was very helpful and willing to try and resolve this, but was not able to do so in the end. I would use them again however.

Nothing wrong with the products "efs" sells but impossible to communicate with. They didn't acknowledge order, didn't respond to any messages sent either through website or emails and impossible to get through to speak to anyone on phone, whatever number you try on. I got the feeling that the business dosent exist anymore. I did eventually get my small original order but it was made impossible to enlarge on it or communicate with anyone. Looks to me like they've gone out of business or just don't care about smaller orders. (I had wanted to place bigger one but they weren't bothered to get back to me ). I would say ----buyer beware, your money might get taken automatically by the website but if they're not in business now you could lose it. I also noticed that a very unusual quantity of other reviews were all posted on the SAME day in December, strange !
I would not recommend this business.
