Step by step and carefully going through signing agreements

Really great service, fast and communicates well.

I’ve been renting in London for 7 years now, & emerge have been by far the most professional & attentive that I have dealt with, amazing work they are doing.

Myself and my partner have nothing but positive feedback for this company and would highly recommend anyone who is researching this company to go ahead. I have to mention Folashade who was absolutely amazing from start to finish and still continues to be consistent and amazing! Any issues we have or had Folashade and her team responded and sorted promptly I would say within 24 hours most of the time much less than 24 hours. The whole team customer service is 10/10 this is a very trusted agency and I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for places to rent to go ahead a join Emergeservices from a tenants aspect :) thank you so much Folashade to you and your team and everything you have assisted us with as you for sure went above and beyond. The team at Emerge was outstanding. Fola, the agent who showed me the room and assisted me, demonstrated extensive knowledge about the details of the house and was overall very helpful through the entire process of my moving in. Her passion for her work is clearly evident. I also had interactions with Preet, who was responsible for handing me the keys, and I found her to be excellent as well. Overall, the service was very helpful, efficient, and well organised.
