I’m absolutely thrilled with my experience with Emerge Weight Loss! From the very beginning, the team has been incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely supportive. The program delivers real, visible results — I felt a positive change and always knew I was in good hands. They truly care about your progress and well-being, and their professionalism is unmatched. I’m so grateful for everything and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and effective weight loss solution!

I was initially excited to work with this company, but my experience has been incredibly disappointing. After they took my money, they failed to ship my product as expected. I was told it would take 5-8 business days, which seemed odd since my last two orders were shipped the day after payment cleared. Still, I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

However, once the 5-8 business days passed, I reached out and was told they were experiencing high demand. While I understand that, it doesn't explain why they took my money without having the product in stock. Now, it’s been over two Mondays and I’ve missed doses of my medicine, which is impacting my results.

On top of that, I was promised a $25 discount for my first two orders, but only the first order was discounted. This is extremely frustrating. I was excited to be on this journey, but now it feels like it’s over prematurely because of this company's poor service. To make matters worse, they said it could take up to 10 business days to process my refund, yet it took mere seconds for them to take the money from my account.

Just incredibly disappointed. SMH.

Very easy to get started and to continue in the program. I have lost 35 lbs so far in 4 months. Tirzepitide is definitely the way to go. I had no nausea or terrible side effects. I do get some constipation, but MCT oil in my morning coffee takes care of that. I started at 2.5 which worked very well for 2 full months then moved up to 5 which is working well. The price at Emerge is very competitive as well.

It’s sad that some “customers” are sore losers and I have time today because to disparage a company and its CUSTOMERS is absolutely absurd because you weren’t selected. Emerge has been nothing short of amazing and then try to bring up someone’s alleged criminal background is darn near defamation. The ambassadors are not EMPLOYEES they work harder than you to get their medication. What was exactly was wrong with your SERVICE… talk about that!!! Probably nothing … if it doesn’t affect u directly then don’t worry about it. Focus on your health and wealth and not what anyone has done in their alleged past or not being chosen. It simply wasn’t your time to shine, move on with grace and don’t be a Negative Nancy. Happier New Year to you and I said what I said. Hi my name is Lacey, I have been with Emerge since October of 2023. I am an ambassador which is someone who gets paid when someone signs up using a link the company provided to them, but I have shared my journey from the beginning and truly enjoy helping others reach their goals. ALL the other telehealth companies have ambassadors that get referral bonuses as well, but the biggest difference between Emerge and the others is they truly care for their customers and want to help you succeed. I would recommend Emerge to anyone looking to reach their fitness goals in 2025, my highest weight was 469lbs and I’m down to 259lbs now, I couldn’t have done it without Emerge and their amazing support, I also love the Emerge Wellness Sessions they are exclusive to the customers and offer so much support and motivation to help keep you on track! Thank you Emerge!

Emerge Weight Loss was once a good company but now they have been deceptive, they “legally” lie, they bribe people to write good reviews by giving them free medication then the winner is always an employee, but they’re not calling them employees they’re calling them “ambassadors” probably so the employees and the company can cheat on their taxes. Very sleazy and shady company, using people to promote their company without doing background checks on them, and some of the people representing them are alleged criminals. They really should look up who they’re using to promote their company. This company can’t be trusted and I will definitely not be using them going into the new year. I can’t recommend them and I would give them 0 stars.

Absolutely Outstanding. I was paying $650+ a month before for Mounjaro and now I've found someone that actually cares more for me than the big companies and for a much more realistic price. Excellent service. Cannot rate highly enough!
