From start to finish, the whole experience with Emirates was exceptional!

First class customer service once again from Emirates Holidays. From the outset, in terms of the holiday options, right the way through to being dropped off at our house, their communication was first class and Emirates Holidays once again delivered on their superb customer service promise. Will continue to use them.

Excellent flights and holiday with Emirates. Second time travelling with them and have been really impressed both times.
Everthing was really smooth and easy from start to finish. Felt very well looked after. I'll definitely use them again to book holidays with.

Just returned from an Emirates Holiday at the Aloft Palm Jumeirah Hotal in Dubai, and it is on a completely different level to any other package I have booked, from the superlative in-flight service from London, being greeted and guided at Dubai on arrival, the personal air-conditioned car transfer, to and from our hotal, and the wonderful hotel itself. Emirates are completely brilliant, and offer GREAT value for money. Shall definitely be using them again, and would highly recommend them. Thank You !

Absolutely disgusted with Emirates holidays having tried booking a holiday for the last 2 weeks multiple phone call promising a call back , an IT issue apparently. I cannot be transferred to anyone , apparently cannot make a complaint as I don’t have an existing booking !! No one phoned me back when promised , no one can transfer me to IT and they will never know or able to find out how long IT will take to resolve the problem , have no choice but to book the hotel with another company

We have flown Emirates many times but this was our 1st Emirates holiday booking. It was seamless from start to end. It’s a shame Emirates now charge to select plane seats but apart from that the whole experience was excellent. We chose a private car pick up and drop off in Mauritius and this was brilliant. All in all a great holiday.

We have just returned from a super holiday at The Lagoon Attitude in Mauritius. Emirates booking procedure was easy. The transfers were seamless and on time.The trip arranged by the rep was superb. All in all a truly memorable holiday and our 3rd with emirates holiday and hopefully not our last.

We were looking for a holiday that offered something very special and was luckily advised to view Emirates Holidays. They offered everything we were looking for and once our choice was made, everything was so simple to arrange. Their standard in the choice of holidays is impressive and described honestly. We eventually decided on Sugar Beach in Mauritius which had everything we were looking for - stylish and yet family friendly. Part of the quality of the holiday was the exceptional flights on Emirates. On time and very comfortable. To top all this, we were most impressed with the cost of the all inclusive holiday as it was really great value for money. We will be using Emirates Holidays again to experience that hassle free quality again.

First time I have used Emirates Holidays and to be fair everything went smoothly so didn't ever encounter customer care in the event of unforeseen issues. However, when I initially booked, I made a real pig's ear of it and had to use the helpline to put things right, which was done very efficiently and with compassion. We paid the price of Business Class flights and were very happy with that aspect. I would certainly recommend Emirates Holidays to anyone

Emirates holidays offer a great choice of hotels. I’ve used them a few times and this time I made a great choice in the Waldorf Astoria on the Palm. It’s a lovely hotel with great service and entirely lacking influencer crowd. The EH organisation is excellent and everything was perfectly as booked.

We booked a 60th birthday celebration holiday through Emirates Holidays and they advised us on where to stay in Dubai on our stopover for 3 days on way to The Maldives their staff are beyond professional and courteous. We will definitely use again on our next holiday.

I booked a trip to the Maldives through emirates holidays. From all the plane journeys to our stay was seamless.
The service emirates provided was the best I have had over my 30years plus traveling and I will be definitely be booking be booking through emirates again.

Another memorable holiday with Emirates Holidays, we stayed half-term at the Lapita Dubai Parks & Resorts and had a fabulous time with 5 grandkids. The value of the holiday was exceptional, half-board including access to the theme parks. The flights with Emirates were great and they kept all 9 of us sitting together. I would recommend Emirates Holidays to all friends and family.
