Excellent service once again from Emirates Holidays and equally at Royal Meridien Hotel, Dubai.

Visiting Dubai bi- annually for many years,to see our son and daughter in law, we’ve found Emirates Holidays to always be the most competitively priced offering excellent value for a total holiday package.

I have just returned from holiday at the Jumeriah Al Qasr in Dubai arranged for me by Emirates Holidays , the trip was fabulous as always , thanks to Emirates Holidays team

From booking to completion of the holiday in Dubai the communication was superb. Everything went perfectly and the in hotel rep "Aladdin" was extremely customer focussed. All of the staff in the "Fairmont the Palm" Were extremely helpful and professional and made us feel extremely welcome. The GOLD LOUNGE staff could not do enough for us and Gilbert made special efforts to ensure our stay was perfect. The quality of the food and the extensive choices in the "Flow" made every meal a culinary experience but over our 9 day holiday we were not able to experience the full delights that were available. Our room was kept spotless and the in-house laundry ensured our clothes were ready for the next outing.

Very well organised holiday and nothing was to much trouble. Flight,transfer and Hotel all excellent making a great holiday experience

⭐ 1-Star Review: Extremely Poor Handling of My Case by Emirates since 2022!

I am extremely disappointed with the way Emirates has handled my situation. I expected far better from an airline that brands itself as premium, but the level of communication and support I received was shockingly poor.

Despite repeatedly reaching out, I was left waiting for long periods with no updates, no clear answers, and conflicting information from different departments. I felt completely ignored throughout the entire process, and nothing is resolved.

What should have been a simple and professional experience turned into weeks of unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and frustration. The lack of transparency and basic customer care has been incredibly disappointing.

I am leaving this review because Emirates gave me no other way to submit a proper complaint. I hope this is taken seriously, and that they improve their communication and actually support customers instead of leaving them in the dark.

We have travelled many times with Emirates, but in the early days booked through third parties. We then booked a package holiday direct with Emirates and found them much better value for money, excellent customer service and very helpful and friendly, and we now book at least twice a year to our favourite destinations direct with Emirates. The flights themselves are a great experience. We will continue to book with Emirates, they are amazing.

From start to finish our experience was very good . Flights , transfers etc were all spot on . We would have no problem flying with Emirates again .

OTo be honest i've travelled with most Airlines and booked holidays with others but the standard of travel and accommodation received through Emirates was way above all expectations from the initial booking online to then using the app for updates and checking in it was so user friendly.
Airport check in & luggage drop hassle free with helpful frindly staff , Flight was excellent with attentive staff and food was probably the best we've had on an aeroplane.
Entertainment with up to date films and plenty to choose from also fun and games for kids. Excellent!
Hassle and stress free at both airports which we all know can be tedious at times.
Then the Hotel we booked through Emirates was 5star and more we could'nt fault anything to be honest. Emirates if there was a league table in my opinion way out in front. Thankyou!

Travelled to Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Flights, pick-ups, experiences and hotels were all excellent. We booked at the Destinations travel show and the whole process went very smoothly. We asked the company to choose our Maldives resort which exceeded our expectations. Any queries we had were handled quickly and efficiently by the customer services department. We look forward to booking our next trip with Emirates Holidays. Overall a definite 5 star experience!

I booked a holiday with Emirates and was transferred to the wrong hotel. I was asked to pay for the transfer to the correct hotel. In making a formal complaint I was notified that I would be reimbursed for the transfer, to get a receipt and email a copy to Emirates. I followed the advice given but to date I am still waiting for an update. The start to my much awaited holiday was ruined, I have yet to be reimbursed and Emirates have failed to get back to me

First time we have flown with Emirates and it lived up to its reputation. Every member of staff friendly and helpful, seat comfortable and the food was excellent. Inflight entertainment made the long flight fly by, will travel with them again.

We have flown Emirates a few times but this was our second package holiday with them. The service is superb. From the initial booking to communications throughout is superb. Check in is smooth, flight very very comfortable seats. Love the bar on the A380 👌🏼 the service 👌🏼 the staff are very attentive. Transfers go without a hitch. Particularly love the chauffeur service. We will always try to book with Emirates whenever possible, it’s our airline of choice for sure.

From the initial booking procedure which was easy to do and the regular updates via email the whole holiday was amazing. All the staff on our flights were fantistic and when we arrived at our destination we were greeted and taken to transport to head to our Hotel. A very satisfying experience over all.

Done many Emirates flights , but this was our first holiday. Absolutely superb! Very well organised from start to finish. Communication was clear and concise . Already looking for my next one.

Just returned from Sheraton Jumeria Beach Resort Dubai . Excellent service from flight through to hotel. Will definitely book again with Emirates holidays.

Once again we chose Emirates as our preferred holiday organiser and never once did we regret this decision. Emirates always meets expectations and in our case always far exceeds our expectations.
