Our first holiday and flight with Emirates and we were not disappointed. All colleagues whether on the plane or at check-in were courteous and caring. The plane was also clean and comfortable.

Our first Emirates holiday will not be our last! Hoping to book again in 2027

Dubai Holiday with Emirates Holidays flights were on time the staff and the service was very good on the flight. Transfer was really good too and from the hotel. We have travelled with Emirates Holidays before and have not been disappointed.

Highly recommend it , professional and quick resolve of an issue .

Booked an Emirates holiday to Hanoi from London Stansted via Dubai. First time travelling with Emirates and even though we flew economy, we were pleased with the comfort and flight. The stopover in Dubai went smoothly and the luggage was automatically transferred to the final destination without any issues. So handy for us that we could fly long haul from Stansted and would definitely fly with Emirates again

We flew with Emirates on 19th January 2026 from Birmingham to dubai then to Sri lanka and returned on 29th, a party of 5. Myself, husband, our disabled daughter in a wheelchair her carer and our friend. Holiday of a life time to make memories.

On arriving at dubai my daughters wheelchair wasnt available to her even though we had requested it , which then caused her to have a meltdown and upset, due to her condition juvenile huntington's doesn't coap with changes.
On the way back
We told them to use the airport wheelchair on the change over so we could prepare our daughter to what was going to happen no sudden change. It worked she was happy.
When we arrived in Birmingham and collected her wheelchair it looked like it had been thrown about, the frame looked twisted and the clips that held the actual seat were missing. This again caused distress and a meltdown to our daughter which then impacts on us as a family and her carer.
We reported straight away at Birmingham Airport and they said someone would be intouch.
I emailed Emirates they have knowledge my email and someone will be intouch.
Over a week later no one has been intouch, we have had to buy a new wheelchair so she can get out the house.
Not impressed and wouldn't fly with them again with my daughter

Travelled from London to Mauritius via Dubai. Flight was excellent, cabin crew were outstanding. Connection at Dubai was easy and well organised. Will definitely use Emirates holidays again.

Flew business class from Manchester to Dubai was a fantastic experience the cabin crew on EK 0022 were very friendly/ efficient and of course the three course meal and champagne was very very good! Congratulations Emirates and thank you.

Excellent holiday in Dubai booked through Emirates Holidays. Great choice of hotels at very competitive prices. We flew from Manchester on the mighty A380 and the whole flight experience was fantastic. Wonderful holiday from start to finish with superb accommodation and first class support available whilst away. I would highly recommend Emirates Holidays for their value and expertise.

Emirates are an excellent holiday company and what I really liked was the fact that you don’t need to travel First Class to get First Class service. The website is easy to use, you are kept up to date at every stage and the flight in particular was outstanding, especially in the 380. The staff are all immaculately turned out, they are highly trained and super polite. Food was great and drinks service plentiful and the entertainment system is especially good. I felt in safe hands throughout. Thank you Emirates, I will be back.

We booked a holiday to Dubai through Emirates and were very impressed with the professionalism and warmth from check-in to arrival back at Gatwick. Five stars Emirates.

My Husband and I have just returned from a holiday at You & Me Maldives, and we had a wonderful time. Although we have been to the Maldives before we decided this time to book the complete package with Emirates Holidays. We booked our holiday over the telephone and the operator couldn't have been more helpful, managing to answer all our questions professionally. Again we were chauffeured to and from the airport - excellent service. Both the Emirates flights to and from Male were on time and service was good. The Seaplane transfer is always an experience. We will book Emirates again.

Recently had a holiday UK to Mauritius via Emirates holidays, everything was seamless, flights etc on time and the extra security of having Emirates make all the arrangements. Maybe slightly more expensive than arranging ourselves or using another tour operator but definitely worth it.

From making the booking on line to getting off the plane back at Heathrow the whole experience was so easy and such an amazing experience. The transfers to and from the airport along with a fantastic hotel experience at the Le Royal Méridien made our holiday so memorable.

best airline

Just returned from a trip to Dubai with our two month old baby. We were nervous leading up to the trip given it’s our first time taking a baby on holiday but we shouldn’t have been. Emirates looked after us so well, from having the bassinet on the plane, the Polaroid picture and little baby bag they give you it was such an amazing flight. Been looking at more destinations I can fly to with emirates as I’m not sure another airline can top it.

staff were very attentive and friendly,
food and drink was plentiful and good quality.
seat was clean, comfortable and entertainment offered a wide selection.
in my opinion the best airline I have travelled with.

First time booking through Emirates Holidays and won’t be the last. The airline is the best I’ve ever flown with. Private transfers were spot on and the drivers both ways were very chatty giving us recommendations in Dubai. We compared the holiday prices with numerous tour operators and Emirates came out the best!

Just used Emirates Holidays for a last minute break to Dubai and cannot recommend highly enough.
From booking assistance via UK call centre, seamless transfers from house all the way using business transfer services to the unbelievable response to leaving a kindle on plane and being returned via FedEx free of charge not forgetting great hotel options and experience.
I am BA Gold and this is first time using Emirates for years - BA have just lost my business when I am travelling east out of UK!
