The order was okay
The order was overall okay. Delivery time... Maybe we had to wait a little longer for it to be delivered, but let's say it was ok too. I am just a little disappointed about the quality of some items, but it's not something we cannot accept. Compared to other furniture we bought from other companies at smaller prices, these ones definitely differ in quality, but it's fine I guess. We can't be picky about it.
Therefore Emob gets a 8.5/10 from us.

2 months delivery and awful communication.
The furniture we bought is fine but the delivery and communication around it was awful. The furniture was out of stock (not mentioned on the website) but supposed to be available within a week. After telling us the same thing (that the furniture would be available soon) several times, the order was finally delivered but after 2 months. We also had difficulties contacting the customer service who would never keep us updated on anything.

Fake deliver time
I have found the site online for beslist where they promise the table I order will be deliver from 5 to 6 working days , I had contact customer service to get a help and I just received a email saying whatever u wait or cancel de order , promising me that will be around 4 to 6 weeks , today is 6 weeks and I call and they say it may take 4 weeks more ! Very disappointed , the people is very rude , they don’t know how to deal with customers and give a better explanation , they lie offering you a deliver time of something they can’t deliver on time .
After waiting all this time I had not another choice then cancel de order .
I dont recommended this site !
