Amazing customer service - I ordered my model at about 2.30pm and had an immediate email from their Customer Service Team with a manager appointed to deal with the order. I had purchased special delivery, which said delivery within 1 to 2 working days. When I mentioned I needed it as a present, it was escalated and delivered within 24 hours of me placing the order!!

Amazing experience. So a small problem with an item which they contacted me about and resolved straight away but it gave me the opportunity to have a chat with these guys and it was an absolute pleasure!

A set of plastic nippers i bought broke only after a few months.
After a very prompt exchange of e-mails and a few photos a replacement set is on its way - entire process took less than three days - many businesses could learn a lot from what is excellent customer service. Keep up the good work

My order arrived very quickly but unfortunately contained one item which was wrong. I emailed them, got an immediate reply and replacement correct iren sent the same day. I consider that to be excellent customer service and won’t hesitate to use them again!

Sent an email asking a question late on saturday night about a hard to get item and by the sunday morning had a reply with a stock update 10 minutes later order placed and great communication and help from james and the team highly recommend

I could not be more pleased with the friendly and efficient service. I phoned to check details of a model that was shown on their website. The member of staff immediately went and found the box, confirmed that it was the right one and took my order. He offered me a choice of delivery options. I had emails updating me at each stage and it arrived the following day. Perfect!

Emodels is one of those rare hidden gems.. A shop, with a counter selling models and all things model-making related. Well stocked and with friendly, knowledgeable staff on hand. Even open Sundays. I have also used them online with no issues whatsoever. Trusted and recommended.

Only ordered a single pot of paint this time, ordered after hours on a Saturday, it shipped Sunday and arrived promptly with some Haribo to boot! eModels always gives fantastic service.
