Fast delivery. Product of good fabrics and sewing. Generally, it matches my expectations. The only "but" is that S size is a bit wider than I thought.

I ordered 2 long-sleeved t-shirts and I am very happy with the received products. The t-shirt fabric is very thick, it will not stretch and get out of shape easily. I can notice the quality difference between 5€ t-shirts and these from EMP (which cost much more but are worth it in the long run).

Always in fast delivery, prompt package, and perfect description by sizes , definitely will order more xx

Bad information. Disappointing experience
Can´t cancel an order even before it´s sent. The only option in the FAQ section is to send it back, with the cost covered. I spoke to client support, and they said I could refuse the package at delivery (that info isn't anywhere to be found). I explained that I have no option, and they just kept repeating that it´s what it says on their website.
In my case, it was a valuable item, and I was not confident enough to do anything without a proper follow-up.
I think the customer should be able to cancel an order, at least before it's sent, and if not, should not be charged for returning the item
I've purchased other items before, but I don't think I´ll do it again
To add a last detail, the reimbursement total is only the price of the Item and does not include the shipping that was paid when I ordered the item, so I'm paying the shipping to me and the shipping for the devolution. A very shameful behaviour

The delivery was fast considering the distance. The items were packed nicely and everything was in order. The items I purchsed were as described and they all fitted and looked good - that's a first for internet clothes shopping for me! No returns! The quality of the items was good. Nice material. Plus I got a Halloween Sticker. Thanks! I will shop here again

Despiste of the flat/floor number and door is requested at the moment of ordering, then that information is missing in the delibered package so the postman is unavailable to know who or where to deliver the package.

So great!! It arrived perfectly as usual. i love to buy at EMP.
The only think that i would like to change it is the problem with the sizes, i asked or an M in one item and it is too big, i am not going to change it because if i got to pay the shipment and ask the change it is going to be more expensive to me...sometimes, even ith the measurements on the web the sizes are not accurate.Beware with that

Horrible experience. I ordered some clothing as a gift but their app changed the address on the last second and I did not realize.

I immediately sent them a message to change the delivery address, but because there was a Saturday, there was no response. on Monday I contacted them again but they told me it was too late to change the address.

No gift, no money. I have to contact my credit card company and chargeback as they do not offer any solutions.

I will never ever buy again from them. They just lost a customer
