Very pleased again.
Once again the service I received was excellent. Very helpful with all the emails you have to fill in. Because i was picking up an updated Kuga there was more sep in this one and thankfully Oscar had all the knowledge to explain all the buttons and what they can be used for, which is a great help as I was going on long drive so I could concentrate on driving and not on what buttons to press. This is my 6th car from them and have always had a good experience with them.

I had a great experience at John Grose, particularly thanks to Stuart, the sales executive. From start to finish he was friendly, polite, and highly professional. He patiently answered every “silly” question I had about my new car without ever making me feel rushed or uncomfortable.
