1 of the best letting agents I have had dealings with.
EMPM Ltd have been one of the best Letting Agents I have dealt with. Totally professional and always helpful. Any queries I had were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and their response time to all emails was same day. When I required maintenance issues sorted out, they were done very quickly and with minimal disruption. Upon moving out I was given all the relevant information without delay and was very clear on what was expected of me when vacating. The deposit system changed during my let and again I was given clear and concise advice on what steps to take to have my deposit returned. I am sorry that I couldn't find another property managed by this letting agency.

Local Letting Agents…
We have used East Midlands Property Management Limited for many years in being the Agent for our Rented Properties.
We have always found them to be extremely helpful and courteous.
As a Landlord, it is nice to now there are Companies out there you can trust and rely on.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other Landlords.

I have rented a property through EMPM Grantham for 10 years and the experience has been brilliant. The team are great - professional, friendly and responsive. Any questions or concerns were dealt with rapidly; any work needing doing just happened. A shame they don't cover the area I am moving to!

Haven't had any better experiences than with EMPM - very good communication, quick to resolve issues and simply amazing with their service. If I have to rent again, I'll always check for thes fine foll again, and will recommend.

5* Letting agency
Been renting for a year and have zero problems with the letting agency. Staff are really approachable and go out there way to help any query i have had. I will continue using them and the rent is extremely reasonable also.
