You really feel like an Empress
I ordered several sets as part of the Christmas sale and had some trouble figuring out the right sizing/styles that worked for my body shape. The one set that fit well, though, I loved, so when I got a great special off the mailing list (definitely sign up for the mailing list!) I reached out to customer service. Jezza was fantastic at responding quickly and helping me to sort out my size. She took great care in making my whole experience flow smoothly... and now I have four more sets on the way with a FREE replacement bra for the one that I ordered that didn't quite fit!
I have rarely encountered such thoughtful customer service.

My order shipment 3 months ago never…
My order shipment 3 months ago never happened and the system didn't let me know, so i wrote support from a frustrated vantage.
Jezza researched and fixed it, replaced the items that had sold out, and got the order shipped.
The other pieces I've received in past orders were delicate and pretty.

So…… Feb this year I contact Mimi and pause my account for 3/4 months… however, my subscription details completely disappeared from my account. Leaving me with a pretty solid message that my sun has been cancelled rather than ‘paused’.
I even received targeted emails stating ‘as a previous queen or empress box subscriber’ so as u can assume, this is a pretty final piece of comms to help piece together that my subscription is now no more.
I go to check my subscription one month prior, (just in case I can cancel or amend my subscription further), but as before, no subscription to edit…
BOOM out goes my subscription and I no longer even live at that address!
Quick late night comms to empress Mimi, and first thing in the morning JEZZA swoops in, calms my panic, and reassured me they would do all they could to chase the order before it leaves the warehouse.
Jezza…. Absolute legend.. goes and sorts out an issue I honestly didn’t think would be sorted at all!
Literally every issue I bring to Jezza, they smash it with PERFECT comms, ease of resolution, and just amazing world class service. Every time I interact with them, I feel like I’m messaging a best mate for help or advice. A true asset to this fabulous brand. Quality runs through the lingerie, but superior quality comes from the service and approachability of its staff and teams!
Someone give Jezza a big box of choccies from meeeee! (Or a massive pay rise) :p <3

I DO NOT recommend this company AT ALL, it's money down the drain!
I ordered two sets. I did not receive either. I can't how low-class this company turned out to be! I received an email saying it's been shipped but did not receive a single package. Then the subscription renewed and I couldn't get a refund because the customer service was just non-existent. That's horrible!
I received no help tracking them and no support from the team. Nothing but automatic emails. I have sent numerous emails in vain.
And it's so hard to find official info about this company... Are they even registered? So disappointing.

I've used the Empress Mimi customer service a few times and I'm always impressed by how fast and efficient they are, not to mention their kindness. Last week I needed to make changes to my subscription, so used the chat box, but then got busy elsewhere so didn't see the response until a bit later.
