Jezza was straight forward, offered multiple options, and happily extended a refund of my order (out of stock issue). I'm super pleased with her service, and as a result I will try shopping your wares again.

Submitted an order. 10 days later after it was still not shipped. I contacted customer service. They said they didn't know why and said they would ask the warehouse. Two days after that no update. I asked them to cancel and refund and they have not responded. It's been nearly 20 days since I ordered from them and I have received nothing. Horrible company.

At first I was skeptical and was convinced I was being scammed lol. The customer support team was very kind nonetheless. I will say it did take a little longer than I expected to receive my package. I still love everything though! It’s very beautiful and the fabric is very soft. I did goof and order sizes too big for the bras so I’ll have to exchange them. They were very fast in responding to my return request!

Had some issues with a couple of items which we received fantastic support for. Can’t thank them enough.

I caved and ordered after seeing a lot of Instagram adds for EmpressMimi, and wanting to start a nice set of feminine, pretty but still sexy lingerie. I love the subscription service as I like the surprise aspect and that you get a nice treat once a month - helps curb my shopping habit a bit! I had an issue with the size return guarantee (- and would honestly recommend sizing up from the online size chart), but Jezza was super quick and kind to respond and help me out. Only took a couple days to get it all sorted and my order is already shipped. I like the quality as my items are soft and feel pretty well made especially for the price. I LOVE that the pieces are adjustable too, as I fluctuate in size and the wiggle room to adjust really makes me feel more confident.

Had a few issues with delivery and sizing on Empress Mimi website but Jezza was amazing to deal with. She helped with sizing and tracking deliveries. Great customer service and good products.

Set was well crafted and gorgeous. USPS lost the first package, and Jezza worked with me and sent a replacement so I can say customer service worked well as well.

The system had a glitch and didn’t recognise my change in address so I got in touch with the team and Jezza was prompt to respond and looked after it.
