Purchased a beautiful set from EM, but due to an error sizing on my part had to return it. Jezza was a HUGE help during the returns process and I can't comend her highly enough for the updates throughout.

I LOVE Empress Mimi

I LOVE Empress Mimi! I'm an Empress Box subscriber and the lingerie I received had been nothing short of extraordinary! The staff is so helpful with my requests, I always feel so cared for! I spoke with Jezza recently and talking to her was the best customer service experience I've ever had!
Customer for life!!

Great Customer Service

There was a manufacturing issue with the initial surprise set I received, but Jezza worked hard to rectify the situation so that I could swiftly get a new set. The bodysuit I ordered was perfect straight out of the package. Highly recommend this company!

Treat your partner to this!

Just bought my girlfriend the Empress subscription box and received our first one, the Queen of Cups. My God was it amazing! Stunningly beautiful. She loves lingerie but was completely blown away. The detail and quality looked and felt amazing. Fit was perfect. Packaging was sturdy and high quality. Can't wait to see what comes through next time.

Fantastic customer service

I have had a few subscription deliveries now and I have loved them all. There was an issue with one order which was swiftly corrected by Jezza in customer services who was lovely to deal with. Definitely recommend this company!

Very pleased with customer service experience!!

I was in a rush to get a set in a few short days so I contacted the customer service over chat and asked if they had any express shipping options available! The answers I got were friendly and super useful, although a little slower than I would've liked at times (I'm in Eastern Canada so I'm expecting it was due to timezones, maybe). I was sent an invoice to pay for express shipping which was done super easily. Unfortunately the shipping company couldn't deliver on time so I contacted CS again to let them know the express delivery window was past what I had been told, and that I was a little disappointed although I recognized it wasn't their fault. A customer service agent promptly suggested refunding me for the extra shipping! I was very pleased with the resolution and will be a returning customer! Thanks a lot!! Oh, also the Madame X set is SUPER CUTE 🥰

Stellar Customer Service

I'd purchased the La Vie en Rose set, but unfortunately, they'd run out of stock. I was so lucky to have Jezza assist me with setting up my refund/store credit. She was so patient and professional - I'll be purchasing again soon!
