This isn't the coaching they promised!
Got sold on their sales pitch about having a dedicated coach for the whole program and invested in the three-month package, seemed legit based on their testimonials. Month one arrived and instead of one-on-one coaching sessions I got PDF worksheets that honestly look like nobody's updated them since 2015, plus they threw me on a monthly group video call with like twenty-five other people. My assigned coach went completely dark for nearly four weeks then sent one email saying "we're at capacity"—meanwhile they kept charging me, so I started calling to cancel. Don't sign up if you want what they actually advertise—they've got way more paying customers than they can actually coach, and they're fine with that.
