I love and hate this keyboard
I'm a huge fan of the sound and haptics of the keyboard but I absolutely hate how limited the rgb customization is. If the keyboard was able to use signalrgb there wouldn't be as much of a problem but it's not recognized. Otherwise a fantastic keyboard and user experience

I purchased the XM2w 4k v2
I purchased the XM2w 4k v2. I like the build quality and the design of the mouse. It’s slightly bigger than the OP1 and fits comfortably in my hand. The software is simple to use and is easy to configure mouse settings. Delivery was fast and my mouse arrived in a few days with free shipping.

Multiple substantial design flaws.
Both mouse buttons double-clicked, and there was a loose piece of plastic rattling inside the mouse. I had to disassemble it to get the piece out, which required removing the adhesive skates to get at the screws underneath, thus making the skates no longer adhere correctly. Also, the extra replacement skates are prone to gathering fur in their exposed adhesive if applied on top of the non-reappliable stock skates, and cause the bottom sensor to briefly stop detecting motion occasionally. Mediocre design overall, but I'm at least hoping it'll hold up fine now that I've oiled the mechanical switches and removed that loose piece it had rattling inside from the start. I like that the sensitivity switch is on the bottom, I guess.

I'm pleased that EndgameGear offered me a full refund very quickly when I picked the wrong mouse design, and I offered thanks by quickly buying the right mouse design. Other companies would be less customer-friendly by retaining the funds as store-credit, but EndgameGear has the most rightful policy when there is an early negative-issue with an order. Even through I later found out that the mouse was discounted in another storefront, the fast response by EndgameGear makes me not regret the purchase. Many thanks!

A Very Good Mouse
Very clean, able to plug and play right out of the box. The software used to manage dpi along with other features, is very straightforward and doesn't feel like bloatware.

This mouse is a very sturdy and durable scroll button. Definitely won't have the problem with scrolling too much while gaming. This accuracy is definitely built for gaming.

love endgame
i own an endgame mouse and it’s the best mouse i’ve ever owned or will ever own. customer support was fantastic when i had an issue and helped me out as soon as they could. took a while because of how far they are but for as long as it should have taken realistically, it was shorter than even that.

Great customer service
After some months of use, my op1 8k that i bought on a used market started having the classic issue of rapid disconnects and reconnects. After talking with staff and sending video proof of the issue i was immediately asked for my shipping details - they are sending me a replacement cable! they never even asked for proof of purchase or stuff like that, just very professional and quick with replies, my next mouse will definetly be EGG!

purchased the mouse back in december, and it was a great mouse, but it began randomly disconnecting every time i touched it around april/may time. I contacted them, and I was told a replacement cable would be sent, and received it about a month later. Later realised the skates are not included and I have to purchase myself for an extra 30 pounds, and no tools to do the fix myself came. If you want a mouse that will function longer than a few months and a customer service that actually helps instead of sending you something you can't do anything with, would highly recommend avoiding this place and going somewhere else
EDIT: was contacted shortly after, and sent a replacement mouse, so very impressed with the speed of the reply

It's disappointing to hear that what should have been a straightforward repair ended up causing further inconvenience, especially after the time it took to receive the replacement cable.
Our mice are supplied with an additional set of skates in the box, which is why replacement skates are not typically included with cable shipments. However, your feedback is fair, and we can appreciate that this may not always be sufficient depending on the circumstances.
Most importantly, we never want a customer to feel that we've left them without a workable solution. I had purchased a mouse last year now, the model was the OP1 8k v2 it worked flawlessly until about a week ago. The mouse cable had malfunctioned. I emailed them on a Friday and come Monday (there working days) I had a reply promptly early that morning. They sent me a a new cable free of charge and it has already arrived. I want to say a big thank you to the team that helped me namely Eli and Rohit for the best support I've ever had from any company. I will definitely be ordering from here more often. Product it outstanding quality and works for every use case I've needed.
