Awful. In so many ways. Their Dazzle software that used to work has so many bugs and they're super slow to fix them if at all. One example: it showed me as having obtained $100 USPS insurance on a shi... See more

Fraudulent charges on credit card

Fraudulent charges on credit card from this company, that I never did business with, reported to bank. Company representative claims they can not view my “account” without my credit card number and there is no way to escalate my call to a supervisor. Reported this response to bank Fraud Department. An absolute scam.

I have never had an account with them

I have never had an account with them. They stole money from me (fraudulent charge on my credit card). When I challenged them they said they would need more of my personal information in order to "look into it." Not gonna happen.

Went from first to worst.

Went from first to worst in one upgrade.

Long time user of this service and all was fine until their Version 20.0 upgrade of their software.

Their service might still work well for sellers who ship USPS First Class Mail exclusively and have no need for USPS Insurance services that we needed. Their insurance provider options did not cover our needs.

I got hit with the $1 "test" charge today to see if they have an active account. I call Wells Fargo and filed a claim and they are sending me a new Debit Card.

Did a search back to see if they had hit me before, but luckily they hadn't.

They charge my joint account 1 dollar

They charge my joint account 1 dollar. I am pretty livid. I call my bank for a fraud claim, and I found out which debit card they were using to charge 1 dollar. Me, my brother, and my father each have a card for this joint account. It was my father's card they stole, and he never use his card on the internet. I don't know how they stole his information, but Endicia is on my poopy list. The charge is currently pending, and Capital One said that I have to dispute it once it posted. Be careful with Endicia, if you see them on your account for any reason. File a fraud claim, dispute it, and get a whole new card. Whoever these guys are, they are somehow stealing our card informations. Post Service my ass.

Endicia Fraud Alert

I just received a fraud alert from my credit card company. They explained Endicia had just charged my account $1.00. I cancelled the card. I've never done business with Endicia and I checked to see if I've used the card recently at a USPS office, which I hadn't. So it would appear my cc info was stolen by or from some other vendor and sold to someone either employed by Endicia or somehow using their app to generate stamps and then launder the stamps at a discount.

FRAUDULENT AND WILL NOT HELP YOU!

Noticed that like many of you below, was charged $1.00 on my business operating account. I have never done business with this company. I called Endicia and was put through various departments and no one could help unless I provided the account number that was compromised! That's a great idea now, isn't it?!?!

Notified my banking institution and immediately, sought help and filed a claim. Please do the same to protect yourself.
