Awful. In so many ways. Their Dazzle software that used to work has so many bugs and they're super slow to fix them if at all. One example: it showed me as having obtained $100 USPS insurance on a shi... See more

Fraud alert 🚨 I don’t have an account with company but received Charger for 17.99 ✋🏾 in my debit card On Monday 10-12-20. I never used this company so I have NO idea how they got my card info. Stay away from them.
Fraudulent charges AGAIN
This company has no issues using stolen credit card numbers. I was charged $126 over Labor Day. I’ve never used this company before and all the charges were done in California, I live over 3,000 miles from there. My bank caught it before they drained my account. 4 weeks later with my new debit card in hand I get another charge from this company. Twice in a month I’ve been ripped off. Who is stealing my info to buy postage. This company needs to be shut down immediately.
There customer service is terrible
There customer service is terrible. I spent an hour and 15 minutes on hold. Every time I have a problem with their service I just dread calling them.

Fraudulent Charge on my Visa
Fraudulent Charge on my Visa. Set up for monthly billing. Called Endicia and pressed 0, there is no option for help with charges. Was told that since I did not have my account info the person who answered could not help me. Held for over 30 minutes for their "security team", gave up had to call bank and get a new card.

Just saw a pending $1 charge on my daughter's account. The debit card has never been used. I have never heard of this company before today. Called the bank immediately and they put a block on the company and cancelled the card. If the pending charge doesn't fall out I will call back and dispute the charge. The bank told me that it was set up as a recurring charge. Thank goodness I check all my accounts on a regular basis. Please BEWARE!!!

If I could write a review with zero…
If I could write a review with zero stars I would, but unfortunately I have to give it one star. Never heard of this company before today when I saw a pending fraudulent unauthorized charge through my debit card. Needless to say, I immediately cancelled the card and called Endicia to find out what happened. After 2 phone calls, and 4 hours of being on hold, I sent them an email. Not holding my breath to get a logical answer, but certainly would not recommend this company to anyone.
condescending
endicia customer service people go out of their way to not help. they try to get an argument started. they are condescending and that's an understatement. I say "they" because I have documented my conversation with 3 or 4 and they all did the same thing. seems like they are more interested in belittling you than getting it done so they can get rid of you.
fraud company
fraud company, got charged $1k+ from them, when filed complain with them same week, i went on be charged $900 in a day... like what in the world
Biggest scam
I did a trial and it was too late to cancel so I let their charge me for one mth go thru. I went online to cancel before the next mth's charge was due but the cancellation process did not send a confirmation email. I emailed their customer service twice but no one responded. Then I noticed that they went ahead and charged me 17.41 anyway. Now I will have to dispute the charge. I will file a complain with the California Attorney General's office. With so many complains they should be investigated and put out of business!

Received a charge for $17.99 from Endicia that I did not subscribe to. Their customer support is horrible. Do not use this service unless you want to go through a major months long hassle trying to get your money back when they inevitably end up charging you for something you didn't do or use.
Unauthorized charge
Unauthorized charge appeared on my credit card. Contacted credit card company and they are providing a new card/number to me. Said that Endicia said my card was on file with them. I have not done business with this company. Glad that I receive texts when charges appear on my accounts. Like other comments, this is a card that I seldom use.

Customer support is horrible
Customer support is horrible. I got hung up twice after wait 45 minutes. Their reset password feature doesn't work. Their software is buggy too. I hate this company. Ever since stamps.com bought Endicia they have a monopoly so they can suck and you have no where to go.
