I dont recommend doing business with this company, they are very expensive and caused considerable damage to my home which was a surprise given they were just meant to clean it. I have asked that they return to rectify the issues which they refuse as well as giving me a receipt for the work carried out.

Do not use, poor quality cleaning, did not use any elbow grease on anything. Now not responding to emails and ignoring me. Couldve done better myself.

When you're in the process of moving house these are the last people to hire unless you fancy more stress and weeks of trying to get your money back.

They did a shocking job on the first clean, not cleaning any of the cupboards, barely even hoovered, dust still everywhere. As you can imagine this did not please our landlady or the estate agent. They company said they'd send someone round for the second clean, this person showed up without any cleaning equipment and had apparently been told she was only going to be recleaning the windows despite me sending 20+ photos of the flat post-clean and asking for a full reclean to be done.

Following this, I asked for my money back, weeks of chasing emails and phone calls only to eventually be told that "there were people living there when we cleaned and this was not acceptable", this is a complete lie - the flat was entirely empty for both visits as we'd moved out the week before.

I ended up having to pay another cleaning company the same amount again to do a proper job.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY, I CAN'T SAY IT ENOUGH.

I booked this agency for an end of tenancy cleaning. They sent a single person that left only after 90 minutes without cleaning the oven, fridge, dusting throughout the property. Avoided my calls when I asked for a re-clean saying the complaints departments had not reviewed the photos. I then realised that the invoice they sent is in the cleaner's name and there is no company name anywherein the invoice or the website. It is in effect a scam.
Avoid at all costs.

We used this cleaning agency as they were the cheapest. In hindsight, we made a mistake. Once the checkout report was sent to us by our letting agency, 3 items on that report showed that the place needed further cleaning. The check out report mentions that the oven, freezer/fridge and carpets were not cleaned properly. It clearly showed us that the company did not use heavy duty cleaning agents and professional tools that do a good job. We even paid for steam cleaning / shampooing but it looks like the our checkout report showed the poor quality of service.

Due to this, we were contacted by our letting agency and we have been charged £120 pounds for the following: 

1. Oven not cleaned properly: £60 pounds 
2. Freezer and Fridge not cleaned properly: £20 pounds
3. Carpets not cleaned properly: £40 pounds

Our letting agency had to contact another agency to get this professionally cleaned.

I would not recommend this company.
