Our cleaning was completed on Sunday, and we are absolutely delighted with the service. The team arrived early, assessed the property right away, and got straight to work. They finished ahead of schedule and left our home spotless — even the areas behind the radiators were immaculate. Truly exceptional service.
We are able to book 48h in advance for a cleaning service on Sunday afternoon.

We were preparing to move out and needed an end of tenancy clean done properly, so we decided to give this company a try. Booking was easy and stress-free. They showed up right on schedule and immediately started working through their checklist. They cleaned every corner with care, including the oven, bathroom tiles, and inside all the cupboards. The carpets were left looking almost new. The flat looked perfect for the checkout inspection. Great cleaners and great communication throughout. Definitely recommend.

I don`t know where to start. I urgently needed a cleaning company for end of tenancy cleaning. The first company that I found was End of Tenancy London, and I called them. Vanessa answered the phone, and even though I needed a cleaning done the same day, she managed to organise it for me. She was very polite and patient, really listened to me, and was able to find a solution rapidly. After a couple of hours, the team arrived at my property. They had all the equipment for the cleaning, and due to the urgent situation, they began to work immediately. Needless to say, I was impressed by their cleaning skills; my house looked fantastic, and I can't imagine a better outcome of the situation. The overall cleaning was amazing, but I was specless with the way the carpets looked after the washing.
In conclusion, it was a pleasure to use their services and I will recommend them to all my friends.

We moved into a flat which was supposedly "cleaned" by this company. Upon moving in, we immediately noticed sticky floors, boot marks on the floors, windows not cleaned, washing machine gasket was suuuper slimy and gross, kitchen cupboards still had sticky fingerprint residue, etc. The cleaners even left a vacuum head on the sofa. When we called them to complain, they asked for the inventory report move in condition. Unfortunately, the company who conducted the inspection also did a poor job and did not notice these things (they also didn't notice a broken oven door!). So because of two incompetent companies, we were left with the task of cleaning this flat in addition to cleaning our previous flat, with several additional costs incurred. What a horrible experience, which was supposed to be a positive one with our new baby, moving into a bigger flat. We strongly advise NOT to hire this company!

Booked a clean then tried to cancel in accordance with their refund policy. They promised to refund me minus a cancellation fee. I never got the refund despite months of calling/emailing.

- my landlord is impressed. Vanessa is very thorough and clear during the process to make sure I am aware of every step. Not the cheapest but worth every buck.
