Worst end of stenancy service I have ever used. They stole cash that was left in the property to top up the gas card, they broke a window handle that we have now been charged £115 to fix, and the cleaning was so poor we had to spend 2.5 hours doing additional cleaning. They have not replied to any follow up emails about this, and did not even inform us of the damage. Awful service - do not use.

I am really lucky by finding this cleaning company! I was happy with booking a suitable time slot and big thanks to the customer care team who did their best to assist me. I was really impressed by the organization and the hard work delivered by the cleaners! I will use their end of tenancy cleaning in the future and would recommend them!

Like one satisfied customer, I would like to recommend them to all my friends and colleagues. I recently decided to move into my partner's house. Indeed, I needed someone to clean my house, as a tenancy agreement asked me. I have two wonderful daughters who have gone out of their way to leave marks on my carpet for their every mischief.
I was amazed by the professionalism and patience of the company.
They explained exactly what they would do, and very quickly so, they thoroughly cleaned the house. They paid particular attention to my carpet. Before they left, I was told how long it would take for the carpet to dry and advised that opening a window to allow a breeze in the room would make the process quicker.
When the carpet dried, I was excited about the work done.
