I used the company last week for end of lease cleaning for my flat. The fabulous job was done with high standards and keeping eye on the details. The communication with the office was smooth and pleasant, with clear information and pricing provided. The cleaners were punctual and arrived on time at 8 o'clock, they were friendly, careful and helpful, cause I still have some belongings left in my flat. Good service, and brilliant cleaners!

Please do not use this agency - cannot be trusted. I booked two end of tenancy cleans when we recently moved house, to the places we were moving out from and to. The first clean went great, they were professional, turned up on time and did a good job. The second clean went badly wrong. They said as we had a fridge freezer and Range cooker (which they did not
Ask me about when they gave me a quote) it would be £100 more than we had agreed - a 30% increase on the
Price. When i wouldn’t agree to this they threatened to leave, even though tenants were moving in the next day. I suggested splitting the difference but they refused. In the end they didn’t clean either the fridge freezer or range cooker, but they didn’t give me a discount for the work they didn’t do. All extremely stressful and unpleasant.
