Worst experience ever - AVOID!!

Food stains in fridge, dust throughout, toilet, sink, washing machine, not cleaned. Dirty towel rail and bath. Skirting throughout flat dust and dirty. No smell of cleaning products - The flat didn't look clean let alone professionally cleaned!

I notified them straight away as my inventory clerk alerted me the property was dirty. They refused to do anything until they received my inventory report - I repeatedly called, I sent then 20+ photos of the poor cleaning, I asked to speak to the manager. No one called me back, they refused to do anything. I was refused a refund.

Three days later, after I sent the report, they sent someone over - he was there 23 minutes! The place was left still dirty

They say they guarantee the work and if the landlord is unhappy will offer a reclean - This is false advertising - they kept referring me their T&C.

A total waste of my time and money, very stressful experience. AVOID

Really recomend this company. Me and my husband book them for our 2 bed house. They did an amazing job, everything was spotless clean. People are really polite and lovely, really listen to my instructions.
It was a really deep clean that worth every penny.

Our friends recommended this company at the last minute, we booked them for the next afternoon. Really really fast and easy to organize. They arrived on time and start to work immediately, spent a lot of time to clean properly every corner, carpets smell well and look fresh and clean. The flat was cleaned professionally and everyone can notice that. Good cleaners and professional customer care. Recommend

Easy to contact and book.A team from 2 people came to clean the flat, they were very hard working and spend a lot of time to make everthing spotless. The clean was done to a very hight standart. I was very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you!

The team was very polite and friendly they bring their own professional equipment. They arrive on time and worked for 4 hours, excellent attention on detail (corners, switches, cornices etc.), the flat was spotless clean. Awesome service and will definitely use again!

I used the company 2 weeks ago for my end if tenancy (1 bedroom/1 bathroom with carpet cleaning).It was really easy to book.The team arrive on time, they did a really good job, everything was cleaned to the professional standard and i received my deposit.

I paid for an 'End of Tenancy clean' and they just did an quick ordinary clean. I sent photos to the woman on the mobile number showing the multiple instances of dirt, dust and grease that they left but she did not contact me back and stopped answering her phone.

We were extremely impressed by the people who carried out the end of tenancy clean. They were professional, helpful and punctual. We left our last apartment in a hurry and didn't want to have to return for any additional cleaning, but the flat was left spotless and the carpet looking fresh. We will be using the same company in future and certainly recommend their services for others needing an end of tenancy cleaning.

A very dishonest company, please do not use them. They are completely unprofessional, dishonest and I suspect taking advantage of many clients. We asked them to clean an empty property left very clean it just needed that extra clean to meet our lease obligations. They did not provide the service I paid for..at most a hoover and pocketed the money. I regret that I did not book this before I left the property as I was unable to check the work but trusted them. Ana the admin is rude and will dodge your calls...she is the root cause of all the issues with the company. The cleaners arrive in a tiny car with very little equipment (I had my mother let them in) she said they also left lights on and she found their hair left in the kitchen sink. They did not even try and redeem themselves.. GREEDY..dishonest company. I am happy to provide more details, I have images of the property before it was cleaned and after. I asked multiple times to speak with a manager and NO ONE ever contacted me. I have notified agents about this experience and other renters so hopefully no one else will be cheated like us.
