Did not cleaned the flat well, still got moulds on the toilets and the fridge smelled like bleach even after 2 weeks. The cleaners refused to come back even when I contacted them the next day with pictures of dirty toilet. Landlord have to deduct £100 for a top up clean from our deposit.

We hired End of tenancy London for our post tenancy clean and it was fantastic. They were very responsive during the booking process and followed up a day prior to the date of the cleaning. Cleaners were punctual and extremely professional, they did very quick and really good job. We would definitely use them again.

Great experience. I had an end of tenancy cleaning and professional deep steam cleaning of the carpets. The team of two people arrived exactly on time and did an amazing job. Very happy with the services provided. Definitely would like to use them again.

Excellent end of tenancy cleaning was carried out by the team of professionals.
They provide a team of fully equipped cleaners and they did stayed until the job was completely done. Our house is spotlessly clean now.

Used this company for our move out cleaning. The team did such a fabulous job for our 4 bedroom house. They came on time and gave good estimate of how long it would take.The place was left spotless. Great communication, reasonable price and just amazing service.

We have requested an end of tenancy cleaning, and they were really accommodating. They did a quick, excellent job - our flat had carpeting and a balcony - and we well passed the check out/landlord inspection. Very competitively priced as well. Thank you very much guys.

Abysmal, absolutely abysmal. If I could give minus 10, it wouldn't be enough. It is NOT an end of tenancy clean (which should be a deep clean); they did the absolute bare minimum - didn't even wipe the outside of the kitchen cupboards. They have a "72 hour guarantee" which they did not stick to. I provided a list of things they missed for their return - they claimed they did it all but they didn't and my landlord was really unhappy. They didn't even wipe down the kitchen tiles. They then proceeded to just ignore me when I asked for them to come back again.
I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy.

Rubbish and unprofessional. They left streaky marks in lots of places, didn’t clean the floors properly, left marks on appliances and cupboard doors and managed to stain a mattress. They didn’t bother responding to my email pointing out the various areas of concern. Don’t waste your money. There are professional companies out there who do a much better job.

Great service, they cleaned my property to the highest standart. I was a little bit worried about the kitchen area but they make such a spotless cleaning. The outcome was really impressive, my landlord was pleased with the look of my apartment. It was such an easy way to get my deposit back. I can recomend them to anyone.

Usually I don't write a review but I want to give an opinion about my expirience with the company. I hired them for end of tenancy cleaning, the service they provide is absolutely outstanding, but there is also another point of view. In conclusion I want to thank them for their professional attitude.

Tseko and Oleg came to clean our large 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house at the end of our tenancy. They did a really good job and we were impressed, they even managed to clean a big mark off the inside of the oven which we hadn't managed to clean 1 year earlier when we renewed our contract! The price was reasonable compared to a lot of cleaning companies and we would recommend them!

Please, please do not use this service. I am only giving it one star as there is no option to give it zero stars. This company provides a very poor standard.
I was charged 310 pounds for a clean in which so many corners were cut, I have had to pay for another professional clean. The staff lied about areas they had cleaned, leaving cupboard tops covered in grease, multiple areas unhoovered carpet and walls damaged in the process. They left used cleaning wipes scattered around bedrooms and rubbish strewn on the ground outside the house.

When I have tried to raise this issue with their team they have lied and said they couldn't do it as the property had personal belongings in it.
As this was not true I asked for proof as staff member Vanessa stated the team took pictures to prove this. Unfortunately she has ignored multiple emails from me requesting proof of this.

I really wouldn't like for anyone to be in the same situation so I urge you to please not waste your money on this service as it is a scam.

I hired them to clean small 1 bed flat with balcony for an end of my tenancy. The team were on time and very responsible, the cleaning really impressed me with the standard, absolutely spotless.

Great cleaning company. Hired them a few days ago for a professional cleaning at the end of my tenancy. They were on time for the appointment, really friendly and did a fantastic job. Everything was spottless and my carpets really look like brand new. I'm really impressed will definitely using their services again in the future!

THE COMPANY IS A SCAM AND IS NOW BLOCKING OUR CALLS. We arranged for our flat to be professionally cleaned at the end of our tenancy. It is a four bedroomed flat, with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a WC. We also paid extra for the mattresses to be deep cleaned. The company thought it was sufficient for one man to spend three hours there. It clearly was not as they did not clean an inch. We failed our check-out inspection and now have to pay another company to and come and clean. They did not clean the oven, they did not clean the windows, they did not mop the floors, they left sauce on the cupboards, they left liquid in the fridge, they did not clean the toilet, they did not clean the extractor fan or the microwave. We actually struggled to find something they did clean. This company is a SCAM! Please do not give them your business!!

Our house was perfectly clean, the cleaners did an amazing job, everything was spotless. They were polite, professional and helpful. I would be happy to recoment them to anyone.

Very easy to organize end of tenancy cleaning for our 2 bedroom flat with carpet cleaning. Every possible place was attendent and clean to perfection, my oven looks like new, the carpets were fresh and clean. I would use their services again!

I have a really big coffee stain on my carpet, they done a really good job and remove it completely, the carpet looks brand new, the bathroom was spottless clean, I was extremely happy with the final outcome of any area in my flat.
