BAD CUSTUMER SERVICE !!!

Igot a mail about payment failed, changed card and wrote a mail, get answer about rhe service was open again, it toke two days 👎🏻

know i got a new mail for 3 days ago about payment failed, on same card as they get money from last time!!…i wrote to them, that they should check my account, if something was wrong in my setting or ?? and i sent a follow up mail yesterday about my mail and that i haven”t got a answer yet….NO ANSWER😡…before today..A NEW MAIL WITH PAYMENT FAILED, now i sent mail no 3 about it is impossible to pay if they not give me an answer !!!

DO THEY THINK WE HAVE 25 VISA CARD !!!!!

The charger hasn’t worked properly since day one. I sit on hold waiting for tech support (which is in South Africa for the US) forever and the responses I get are to reset the circuit breaker and either log out or or reinstall the app. Nearly a month later they say there are no errors on the unit so it “must be bad” and will cover the shipping cost to replace it. But not the electrician. So apparently it’s my responsibility to cough up some big chunk of the original $2500 it cost to get it installed because Enel X can’t send a quality product.

Horrible customer service. This is definitely the only company I know that will literally ignore you if you are not able to speak a word of Italian. Had been trying to hire their service for more than two week online and by phone but everytime i get in touch of them, they hang up as soon as I say that i need to speak with someone in english. At the phone assistant or on the web there are also no possiblity to speak in other languages except Italian

No reconandation. Many problem 0 resolv.Suport on phone 0. Resolv bill problem ( 3000 euro on month because mistake reading on they).....0. Thx but no......way. Stay away or just run in oposite site.

The worst! I left my previous address in Sicily. They overestimated my electric usage and now owe my well over €100 but they won’t pay me because I do not have an Italian bank account anymore. I am furious! This company is stealing money from its customers.

Nonexistent customer support. I sent them (by email) in November 2020 a request to upgrade my energy contract and no response. I insisted in January but my efforts were futile - it's like sending an email to Good, you will get no answer. Amin!

This is about EV charging on enelx stations. More specifically the 2020 JuicePass 30 unlimited. Promising charging for the month of June 2020 on enelx and a lot of other roaming stations.

To start charge you need their app, the station needs to show on the map and you need to enable it from the app.
As the app is unstable, the enelx stations are almost the only ones to show on the map, the enelx charging columns are not clearly marked (the outlets). If you manage to enable an outlet you may need to move the car to the outlet you actually did enable.
Driving a Tesla I was curious and needed local charging on a trip. After 5 days I have managed to connect 50% of the times - for a model 3 the speed is the same as what is offered for free at shopping centre, IKEA, and grocery stores.
It seems Enelx, in the areas I have visited is about putting out a lot of columns, with no attention to where, how they are marked, or how anyone can park next to them to actually use them.

Would go for duferco alone. They are in the list of roaming partners, but I have never had them pop up on the JuicePass app, and therefore not used them this way. However they have fantastic flat-fee (duferco that is) if you buy directly.

3 July 2020.
Enelx have a JuicePass Unlimited 30 - that allow EV vehicles to charge in Italy and the whole of europe during the month of July for only 30 EUR.
Great offer even considering the CoVid situation. Also they allow 'roaming' and charging at other (often better) charging stations.
For me the fact that I can change with Duferco under this promotion makes it fantastic - as they have more CCS chargers (50kW).
The problem is that roaming stations are not present on my iPhone App, therefore only Enelx stations shows and can be used.
I have rated two stars out of 5 (below average) because:
- using the Enelx slow chargers is the same as paying for what you usually find for free near shopping-malls / IKEA etc.
- the app crashes frequently making the experience quite sad.
- not clearly marked connectors on the columns. The stations column (type 2) I have tried (La Spezia and two locations in Aulla), the outlets are not labeled. Therefore you have no way of knowing which of the connectors you are enabling.
I will update should / when the offer start working, something I trust Enelx is working hard to do in July.
Update 7 July:
Aulla station 1: difficult parking, apparently working, outlets not marked. Did not manage to charge.
Aulla station 2: outside old RR-station shows up on app-map but is not active, both unmarked connectors are dead.
Reply from customer service: Buy a JuicePass (actual card) for 16 EUR. I did and will update with more or less stars based on my experience.

Update August - after the promotion ended:
I realize that the whole experience need to be split into many subjects:
- JuicePass unlimited 30 (5/5)
- availability of chargers (4/5 but falling)
— on enelx
— on roaming stations
- state of chargers
- charge speed
- ITA and EU regulators on EVs within the union (1/5)

I drove from S.Maria di Leuca to the capital of Norway using exclusively the JuicePass. A cost per km around 1 cent. Promotions like this is needed to get people to consider EVs as an alternative to fossil fuled vehicles - I am sure that next time I buy a car it will be fully electric.

The issue facing Italy is the late reaction to the required change in infrastructure and preparation for the EV wave that will be coming. ITA is already late and will have issues should people adapt EVs.

Enelx: Cudos, a great initiative and mostly your roaming and software keeps up. Awesome work!
