Bad: Needs to have WIFI, cleaning towels etc
Bad:
- No wifi. Important in a place where sometimes the cellular reception is bad. They also promise wifi in the website so I was disappointed when I found out they were lying about that.
- Always out of paper towels so I can’t clean equipment before use, really unsafe during covid19 times.
- closes early on weekends
- a lot of broken machines are not being fixed
- you are only allowed to enter once a day
- dirty toilet facilities

Great and friendly gym but needs improvements
Incredibly friendly gym at a great price and in very convenient location. Sadly lot of areas that need attention, some equipment needs repairing/replacing, changing rooms need attention in ladies, dripping taps, one shower out of order for over a year and showers are very hot, uncomfortably so! Also no recycling bins, really not acceptable.

Theft and unhelpful staff
Had my locker broken into and my belongings stolen despite having a secure padlock on the locker which I purchased at the gym itself. Now I know this isn’t the gyms fault however the way the staff handled it was appalling which is why I’m giving 1 Star.
On informing the staff members my locker had been broken into and I’d been robbed, they were unphased and all I received from them was a lousy “that’s a shame” before they carried on with their day. Not only did the members of the staff not seem to care in the slightest, but one of them literally couldn’t wait to finish his shift and start working out himself while I was trying to tell them I’d been robbed. When another person came and started telling them he’d had his stuff stolen as well, they asked him how much money he had lost and on response they smiled and merely said “ahhh that’s too bad.”Absolutely no sympathy and couldn’t care less. It seems like either this happens so regularly that they are desensitised to it or they know who is doing it and yet do nothing. I asked them to check the CCTV as this happened on a Sunday afternoon with no more than 15 people in the gym and told them that we will be able to narrow down the culprit by looking at who left within a 20 minute time window when the incident occurred but I was met with the response of “we have so many people coming and going there will be no way to tell who did it. He won’t be holding your wallet in his hand...”. In 30-45minutes of standing by the entrance trying to call the bank to cancel my cards I saw 3 people come and go. So I refuse to believe that there was such a huge amount of people leaving the gym that checking the CCTV would be futile. He simply couldn’t be arsed. Bear in mind the other gentleman had his coat stolen and it would be very easy to see if someone had that in their hands.
I would like to know something is being done about this but I’m afraid nothing will happen and I’m certain this has happened before and will continue to happen again.

Basic and small
Small, very few machines, (some are broken and still not fixed months after) and also no WiFi which is really basic in gyms nowadays.
Not that cheap either.

Excellent for the money.
The staff here are great, always friendly and helpful. There’s plenty of equipment here and it’s all in good condition.
It would be great if there were power racks as the current squat racks and benches can be a little awkward when unracking the bar if you aren’t the right size for the fixed catchers, this would also allow for safe bench pressing without a spotter.

I have been a member over 2 years and I…
I have been a member over 2 years and I can see some good improvements. More equipment and better area for freestyle class shall I call that.
Because I had some bad injuries in the past I can’t take to hard on heavy weights. Having a clean area and exciting was what I need and the improvement and the machines are there, it is more than enough for me.
My girlfriend has joined that gym last January and we think that is great value for money. So many couples joining in and we can see friends trainning together makes the place real.
The thing I’ll point out is the toilets on busy times to have someone to check out and some lockers that needs to be fixed.
Staff is good if we need to ask anything they always are there to help (even to change the play list) It feels local and friendly.
