I'm glad to be able to reply now.
I am very sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with the service provided to you during the first two - three months of the pandemic. All members who were kindly able to support us were offered benefits that would be available when we reopened. We also gave every member the option to freeze their membership once our gym had closed. Head Office created énergie Online, and our own Personal Trainers held regular classes using Zoom. We also created a new Members only Facebook page, and had a weekly Coffee Morning, again on Zoom, so that we could keep in touch.
Unfortunately we were not able to loan gym equipment during the Lockdown (our insurers would not allow it).
I hope this provides an explanation to the issues you have raised.

Worth the money
Friendly staff, always there to help you or leave you to it, facilities never get too busy even in peak times so machines can be used promptly and you're not waiting around for a long time. Has a lot of equipment for the price you pay.

Fantastic gym! Great equipment which allows me to log my workout and keep track.
Awesome classes with great instructors. They will make you work hard whilst making it fun.
Liam PT did a fantastic plan for me helping me build more strength to my upper body.

I joined the gym in July 2019
I joined the gym in July 2019 , I can’t thank the staff enough for helping with confidence to do all the classes and learn all about how to use the weight machines .Ive joined many gyms over the years with moving around the country but this is one of the best everyone is so friendly I’ve meet some lovely people, I can’t recommend it enough thanks guys for all your continued support 👍😘

It’s a great gym for cardio and weight…
It’s a great gym for cardio and weight training. However I feel if the gym could be expanded to include more weight training machines and areas for free weights it would really improve the experience and help make the gym feel less packed.

A great, friendly gym
It's a really good gym. More importantly for me it's 24 hours, and perfect for my lifestyle. Perfectly positioned in town, but what makes this place, is the staff who are always friendly, and make a point of saying hello, and goodbye to you when you leave. Not intimidating like so many are.

Very good gym, the staff are friendly.
The fobs are terrible, sometimes the machines don’t pick them up at all and other times I can’t get into the gym.

Good gym experience
A well furnished gym with cardio, weight machines and free weights. Everyone is made to feel welcome regardless of physical size or ability, this is due in part to the attentive and understanding staff and its members.
