This gym does what it says on the tin
This gym does what it says on the tin, enthusiastically and efficiently. In these difficult times (Covid 19, November 2020) the gym is kept spotlessly clean, it has air con' and has more sanitising gel, spray and 'blue towel' than you can shake a stick at. Staffed by bright and energetic young instructors, the gym's atmosphere is always one of quiet endeavour and action.

Absolutely love coming to Energie Fitness, Bridgend. The personal trainer team are very welcoming and helpful. The classes are fantastic and really enjoyable - especially Jacob’s HIIT sessions and Caitlin’s Friday morning spin. Would recommend anyone in the area who’s keen on joining a gym as a beginner to come here.

Best gym in Bridgend by a mile, friendly and helpful staff. Very clean with Air Con and very COVID friendly! Lots of all round machines, only bad point I can think of is that it has no machine for calf muscles.. 10/10 GYM

could do with a little more equipment, e.g. one bench press and one incline bench press isn't enough.

I have recently joined Bridgend…
I have recently joined Bridgend Energies. After 17 years at Halo .
I was unable to book any machine's so unfortunately it was time to leave.
I was made very welcome , I was explained all the membership details, photo id taken, shown all the machine's with huge patience so much to choose and train on .
It was particularly important for me to ask about the security there as I train extremely early in the mornings.
Fob entry only. The extremely patience and kind gym instructor was Liam, nothing was too much trouble, and I've gone to him since for advice , which he promptly told/ showed me straight away.
I'm a older lady shall we say, and had huge reservations on leaving my comfy gym for a new one, but its been the best decision. For me other than the 24 hour openings, it definitely was the patience showed by Liam that certainly made the decision easy!

I felt welcome in énergie gym ..
I felt welcome in énergie gym as soon as I stepped through the door. All the staff are so lovely and welcoming I felt at ease approaching them which Iv not experienced in other gyms. I feel comfortable and part of a team when I’m at énergie and that makes me want to keep coming back, which Iv also never experienced in a gym. Thankyou to the team for making me feel so welcome

Happy
Staff are great and friendly. Equipment is limited but modern. Can’t really fault it. Would like it to be a bit bigger and more of the popular equipment like cables and lat pull down but on the whole I’m very happy there.
