Lovely gym

Best gym I’ve ever been to.
I joined Énergie Bridgend 3 months ago and I’m so glad I did! All the staff are amazing, so knowledgable and always willing to help. I’ve been to lots of gyms in the past but the atmosphere and friendliness of énergie is the best I’ve ever experienced. I’d 100% recommend this gym to anyone looking for somewhere to train!

I was nervous about joining the gym, but Tia made me feel at ease and was very friendly when explaining things to me. I didn't feel rushed to make any on the spot decisions and I was given detailed information on how the gym operates. Tia went through what workouts and equipment would be best suited to me and put together a personalised workout routine for me to follow. This is certainly helping to boost my confidence when using the gym. I joined my first class at the gym and surprisingly enjoyed it. I highly recommend this gym for its excellent customer care and very good quality equipment.

The staff are friendly always around to help if needed . Atmosphere is great a real good vibe nice club good equipment. Been to a few gyms including some big name gyms and this is by far the best .

I have been looking for a gym that I feel comfortable to be in as an older women and I have to admit this gym and the people that work there are brilliant. They are always happy to see you with a smile and a hello as you walk in, they very approachable if you need to ask them questions or show you an alternative exercise. I am so glad that I joined and will advise my friends and family to join if they are looking for a gym. Well done guys keep up the good work
