Try out Énergie Fitness St Mellons you will not regret it.
I joined Énergie fitness St Mellons within the last few months with the aim to help with STRESS. The gym is well equipped and the perfect size. The staff also help make it a great place to train as they are so helpful and nothing is to much trouble, always a welcome smile. It is kept clean and tidy by the staff which impressed me. I feel so good now after the last 18months, would recommend that people try the St Mellons gym as it will definitely put a smile on your face……

A great all-round gym with great toning…
A great all-round gym with great toning and hit classes and a separate spin studio. Equipment is excellent and thete is a good variety and standard.
Numbers in the gym are managed for covid purposes so the gym feels safe There is ample products and paper towels to clean equipment before and after use
A great find and pricing is right.

A clean environment that has been maintained throughout the COVID.
The staff at the gym make this a friendly and welcoming venue to train at and are always around for advice and guidance.

First time stepping foot in energie…
First time stepping foot in energie fitness st mellons. I promise I’m not on commission but the whole team are very welcoming and easy to talk to, especially James the manager who is nothing but great showed me and my friend around the gym and was a great laugh and fun to be around. I will go away today and tell all my friends about my experience in hope most will join. Had wicked session good time and already can’t wait to visit again.
Bumped into Chloe who’s a ball of energy highly driven individual with good head on her shoulder , can’t wait for session with her and to revisit energie fitness.

By far the best facility around. This new location is mint from the staff, to the equipment, to the facility itself. From the ownership, to management, to the trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend (Energie Fitness) to anyone. Friendly staff, new and modern equipment and always plenty of parking available outside. The gym and facilities are always very clean as well. All of this makes it a very pleasant gym.

Excellent gym. Great value membership
Excellent gym, great value membership which I’ve made good use of so far. Didn’t feel in any way self conscious going there for the first time. Top notch equipment and helpful staff. Have felt safe going there during the pandemic. All safety measures in place. Apologies if this is already available and I haven’t found it yet but it would be good to have a guide to using the app as I haven’t yet worked out how to record my workouts as it doesn’t seem to be doing it automatically.
