Staff are pleasant, helpful and provide sound advice.
The gym is always clean without offensive smells. Equipment is always clean in addition to patrons cleanliness after use.

The gym itself is fantastic, the gear is the best I’ve used!
I absolutely love the cross trainer, the trophy system is quite cool as well.
The sanitiser spots are very good and are present throughout the gym so thank you for that. Even before COVID, no gyms bothered and peoples sweat would follow you home!
The shower cubicle and locker station is absolutely perfect and such a great idea, but my question is, how often are they cleaned?
The app I think is one of the grand features your gym has, the points system needs alittle work, when I hit silver and read the benefit I was thinking “oh good, but what else is going on in my body” so perhaps a more detailed description of the health benefits synchronised with peoples activities would be ground breaking!
I do have a few negative things to say, basically the one way system is all very well and good to have but when people ignore it I think what’s the point. I have seen the staff ignoring it as well!
I love the gear you guys have but it seriously over crowded, the several times I’ve been so far I’ve seen people bunched up, people leaving weights in walk ways! People doing a work out and somebody basically squeezing past them so they’d have to stop! That isn’t good at all.
I always feel nervous when locking my bike up, mainly due to it being on the side of the building with no camera or eyes on it. A bike shed or perhaps a station indoors with a limited number of bikes would be fantastic!

Supportive, friendly and helpful staff. The equipment is new and up to date without show of wear or tear. I would personally like to see more free weights areas, however unlike other gyms where bike machines treadmills and cross trainers are 70% of the gym, there is a good balance of weight machines to cardio machines in this gym.

VERY CLEAN WITH GREAT AIR CONDITIONING WHICH HELPS TO KEEP YOU COOL WHEN TRAINING.
STAFF VERY HELPFUL & APPROACHABLE TO GIVE ADVICE
PLENTY OF PAPER TOWELS AND SANITIZER TO CLEAN EQUIPMENT AFTER USE.
JUST WOULD LIKE TO SEE MORE CLASSES WHEN IT GETS BUSIER AND THE SOAP DISPENCERS REFILLED AS HAVE BEEN EMPTY NOW FOR OVER A WEEK

Thanks Teresa, the class timetable is increasing from 12th July 2021 and recruitment is ongoing so we can further extend the timetable. Soap dispensers have been refilled and please let us know if that happens again, I'm double checking this is actually done now to fix this issue :)

Great Gym!
Friendly staff, very quiet providing enough opportunity to use equipment, wide variety of equipment to use, easy to access through parking and changing rooms plus shower to use after workout sessions. Would recommend.

Great gym
The gym is never as busy as you’d think.
Very clean and well set out

Great Atmosphere.
New gym with new equipment. Very friendly staff. Pick times to go and it is nearly empty and no problem getting access to equipment. Good value for money.
