I just started going to this gym. I was a bit nervous at first but the team is really lovely and welcoming, so it was easy to feel comfortable here pretty quickly.

Would have given 5 Stars.. But the rude blonde female who was on duty last Sunday 3/10 Didn't even give me 5 mins past 4pm to have a shower.. She just shugged her shoulders and tapped her watch.. I forgot the gym closed at 4pm on Sunday's and I just did a half hour upper body blast right up to 15:55 hrs. Poor in my opinion.. Why didn't she tell me when I entered at 15:30 hrs?? Poor again. Then I realised that she was showering and getting changed on Duty from before 15:30!!?? Poor again I'm afraid..:/

UPDATE on below review. I have been advised that the gym has been taken over. New owners have confirmed correct refund is being processed. New owners very diligent and excellent customer service! THANK YOU.
Waited over 1 year for a refund! Received 1 month instead of 5... General manager Jody Marsden no help and ignored my emails for months. Refund department Harlands were no help.

Shocking company in Chelmsford
Repeatedly tried to cancel my membership during lockdown.
Taken 4 months of my money despite trying to cancel with no acknowledgement or even reply of my emails.
When I used the actual gym it was good, but the customer service is horrendous.
Even tried to contact the actual franchise with no reply.
Steer clear if you want to keep your hard earned money in a global pandemic.

Deleting my reviews won't stop me commenting! I this gym is terrible customer service is disgusting, apparently my refund was issued 3 weeks ago still no sign, ignoring my emails, no answer via their mobile or fb. Please avoid people, would rather pay more per month and go somwhere else than give these guys a penny!!!

I was with the gym before and work in…
I was with the gym before and work in and out of Essex, joined this fitness club because of the representation of no contract, which means I can join when in town and cancel when out of town, this proved to be a misrepresentation when I was told I had to give 30 days notice to leave and was penalised for not given the said time it's either there's a contract or there is not , the law does not speak from both sides of the mouth. I have paid the said fee and I don't plan on coming back. Clarity is very important
