I just started going to this gym. I was a bit nervous at first but the team is really lovely and welcoming, so it was easy to feel comfortable here pretty quickly.

Great Gym In Chelmsford
Really great little gym and very good price! All equipment is in great condition and facilities are very clean. Staff is also very friendly. Only improvements would be more varied equipment and better padding on benches

All staff are very friendly. All the equipment is very easy to use and I have enjoyed my first experience using a gym. It has made a anxious experience for me very comfortable and motivating.

Perfect
Helpful, clean and convenient. The fact it is open 24/7 is great, I am able to go before work without having to rush. The equipment is great and has everything I need for my fitness journey. With the shower facilities hair dryer and straighteners I am able to go straight to work after my workout feeling nice and fresh.

A well equipped gym
A well equipped gym, good lay out, good mix of Cardio machines, weight machines and free weights. Suitable for all levels of customers. Only ssues stopping it getting 5 stars are when busy there is a queue for changing pods and the steroid fuelled member of staff who drops dumbbells and has created a hole in the floor.

I enjoy coming to the gym as I pretty much know what I want to achieve,Mel is great, I just wish staff was friendlier. I think the gym should probably provide more equipment gear/accessories like, ab rollers, Xbands (variety) etc

Friendly staff
Friendly staff. Too busy in the early evening, can't get onto squat racks. Showers far too hot (not just me saying it) - have reported about 4 times but no response. Shower trays need to be washed down more regularly to clear the "debris" from previous occupants

Not clean
Floor uneven in weights area for a while now, as well as the deadlift area.
Staff are polite and friendly.
Since covid, it looks as though they have been making cuts. And cleaners are one of them. The whole venue is not thoroughly cleaned. The toilets are gross. You can tell they are just wiped over and thats it. They need to step this up because it’s become a problem.
