Great gym. Small annoyance with subscription
Great selection of equipment and gear. Good gym facilities and staff. Clean and organised changing and shower room.
Had to substract a star, because I initially signed up as a founding member, which had a lower monthly cost associated with it. The offer had since been revoked, which is unfortunate. But this shouldn't be an issue with new people joining.

The staff are super friendly and are happy to have a laugh. When issues are brought up it's fixed there and then if it can be.
I have tried going to many gyms prior to joining here, and it may be small, but it sure does make up for it in support and encouragement.

I’ve been using the gym since August
I’ve been using the gym since August, this gym is Convenient for me as its local. Staff are very helpful and always there to help. Since starting the classes have more variety.

New gym so equipment is modern and good…
New gym so equipment is modern and good on the whole. Equipment generally well spaced out. A bit small. Good water facility.
Things that could be improved:
Often logging in problems with equipment.
Not enough toilets.
Staff could keep a better eye on paper rolls and replace when empty.
Spinning classes should be on their own studio. Music blasts out to the whole gym whether you like it or not.
Weights are never arranged in order.
Otherwise a good gym. :)

Clean gym with good staff
The sales manager and club manager are really nice people. Allowed me to do my assessment their. Lots of classes available throughout the week. Only let down would be personal trainers as there is only 3 available, one of them is rude and arrogant

Decent for a quick sesh on the weights…
Decent for a quick sesh on the weights or machines but poor ventilation, not very good upkeep and always use the cheapest sundry products like handwash etc.
BIIIIG problem with weights, i.e. people not putting them back.
Staff are very helpful and friendly.
