Energie Fitness Colchester.
A really welcoming gym, lots of good fun classes to get stuck into, led by a team of friendly staff/PTs. Plenty of cardio machines, free weights and apparatus if you are not into the classes. The first Gym that, for me, has never felt like a chore to go to, with the bonus of getting the fittest I have been for a long time. Or ever. Great job Energie Colchester, don't ever change! 😘

Small gym which has a good variant of…
Small gym which has a good variant of equipment and is always really clean. Staff friendly and there is no egos in there. Everyone e comes to train and go which I like. Shout out to the staff always welcoming and helpful

There is only one station for the…
There is only one station for the sanitiser and paper, next to a bench press unit which makes it less likely to be used. I know take my own sanitiser for the units before use - surely with the recent news on viruses its clear for everyone - why isn't there, for example a hand sanitiser at the entry barrier ?
Cleanliness is a reason I would not recommend the gym

In these times of increasing disease etc, they need more personal hand sanitizer stations around the gym.
Also needs more diverse machines.
