I was so afraid to go there as I am…
I was so afraid to go there as I am very big and fat person. I thought that everybody will laugh and think what shes doing here. Instead I found kindness, help and motivation. They greeting me with a smile, asking how I am, asking if I need any help. Always with the smile, always willing to help, encouraging. Friendly environment. Im genuinly positively surprised and I never thought I said it but I love my gym!.

Energie Fitness 'Does what it says on…
Energie Fitness 'Does what it says on the tin.
It's a gym, the staff are welcoming, the gym is kept clean and all the equipment is kept in good order!
I'm currently paying substantially less monthly fees then I did with my previous gym and I'm getting fitter ... Very Happy Customer!
Would recommend for anyone who doesn't need all the expensive thrills other gyms offer.

The staff are friendly
The staff are friendly, however they don’t engage, which is in helpful and unsupportive.
At peak times the bins overflow, there is no checking that equipment is cleaned properly and face coverings are worn when it suits some staff members.
The layout is good and the equipment is suitable to all standard

Great people so helpful
I started recently and I have really enjoyed my experience here one because they have all I need and the people in there are so nice if you have a question everyone is willing to help it makes you feel welcome into the gym because I can find things intimidating but I absolutely love it.

Loving the online classes
I have really enjoyed the online classes for the choice and availability.
I hope these continue post lockdown as this will allow me to attend more than I would have time for usually whilst working and also they have the benefit of allowing many more participants.

Perfect place for fitness
I would rate them 5 star gym due to below reasons.
Cleanliness and hygiene - it’s was very daunting to go to a gym during pandemic time. However, énergie fitness meet high level of hygiene standards.
Punctuality of Class - I have been a member of Énergie fitness from past 2 months and they had only 1 class cancelled, which is really good as I go to different classes every day.
Staff - They have professional staff who is always ready to assist and guide. Sam and Anna are my favourite. There sessions are amazing.

Good gym but lacks customer service
I really liked the gym - good amount of equipment and lots of space. However, cancelling my membership became a real issue and the customer service I was provided with was very impersonal and rude.

Brilliant gym
We recently joined this gym and I have to say I am highly impressed!
The value for money is spot on, the staff are very informative, approachable and friendly. The equipment is well maintained and cleaned regularly by staff and members
The Myzone feature is a nice touch thatwe have just started to utilise and can see how it is an effective aid for training programmes.
Would highly recommend this gym!
