I would highly recommend this gym
I would highly recommend this gym, it is all state of the art equipment in a large open bright gym floor. The Staff and trainers are all very helpful and always available for questions and guidance.

Big Gym - Small Gym Vibe
I joined énergie when the gyms reopened after the initial Covid lockdown. I was nervous about returning to a gym environment but my mind was quickly put at ease. The safety measures put in place to keep members safe and healthy have been wonderfully executed and it makes for a wonderful training environment. The staff are incredible and all interactions i've had with them have been wonderful. It's a big gym, with a small gym vibe, where everyone feels welcome and part of the family. Loving it.

Fantastic Gym
I wouldn't hesitate recommending this gym to anyone. The staff are fantastic and they have a great variety of classes and equipment to suit all levels of fitness. The place is extremely clean with plenty of sanitation available to use when you are moving from area to area. The gym floor is sectioned out perfectly in line with government guidelines.

Best gym I've been to in Ireland. Have every machine you need and it's very clean and the staff are all very polite and friendly.

Great gym, great price, great equipment. Bril opening hours and handy for parking. Equipment gets fixed quickly. App is bril!
Safe and adhering to COVID19 guidelines always as are all members.
Offers far more than Ben Dunne gyms, I would never change now, love it!

Changing rooms let you down
Changing room always has a very stale smell and would love a good little sauna inside the facilities. The gym itself has everything girl needs for a workout and love the classes!
