Fantastic gym
Fantastic gym! Great opening hours, the staff are up to date on the newest training methods. Classes are varied and the equipment is new and plenty of it so your never waiting on weights or machines. Cannot praise the staff enough..a fantastic, affordable gym.

Great experience...
I have been a member for 4 years. Actually I am one of the pioneer members of the gym.
I Love going to gym. And I go 3 times a week if I get the chance. But thebmost is 2 times a week at least.. My health has improved since i joined here. My back. Knee and shoulder pains are gone. And my cholesterol.level has been maintained to normal range Which was elevated before. I will continue doing my exercise and keep myself physically active and fit for as long as I can with the help of FIT4LESS gym.

Could do with staff been on the floor…
Could do with staff been on the floor more often and moving people off machines who are just sitting there on their phones especially during busy hours when people are waiting to use the machines, other than that I. D have no complaints machines and floor are in excellent condition all very clean and staff are helpful when needed

Énergie has a huge variety of classes…
Énergie has a huge variety of classes and lots of great equipment in the gym which is great. The instructors are also so helpful and friendly and really motivate you to do your best.

Such a good community gym
Such a good community gym. From members to staff there’s a great friendly vibe around the place. Compared to other gyms at peak times such as 5-7pm it’s never to busy which is good to get in and get your workout done.

This gym is great! There's a wide range of up to date equipment. There's an excellent class timetable and the classes are really good! They're challenging and fun! The instructors are friendly, approachable and helpful! There's a great vibe in this gym. Its definitely an enjoyable place to be. I'd highly recommend it!
