A mess of of an organisation.
Their website is out of date and full of the wrong information, the wrong price and wrong schedule. They hiked up the price without warning and reduced what was available for that price and they are not very responsive to mails. Literally the only thing going for them is how close they are to my house.

Overall good gym set up and happy to…
Overall good gym set up and happy to work out. One issue that me and my partner repeatedly asked about - the disinfecting bottles they are too dirty and don’t work properly. I appreciate the sustainability aspect of a used bottle, but it’s too dirty and doesn’t make me want to use it, especially in those sensitive times.

The gym is okay but not the toilets
The gym is okay, the classes are good. But the toilet is always a mess and always is dirty. I think with the COVID situation it's very important to keep it clean all the time. Also, the gym doesn´t have enough place with antibacterial for the customers.

Need a few more exercise machines
Need a few more exercise machines, eg standing calf machine, better Dumbell options down stairs and upstairs, the weights are all over the place. Some EZ-Bars, abb slings, hyper extensions or Roman chair.

Needs more cleaning equipment downstairs and the exercise mats are a bit old and grotty.

Really wanted to sign up for this gym…
Really wanted to sign up for this gym but then I learned that they blast really loud music that upsets all of the neighbouring children in the buildings next to them.
Apparently they say they are within their rights as a business to cause this distress so I decided not to give them my business.

Staff in d8 are so unhelpful
Staff in d8 are so unhelpful, I wasn’t offered a tour ever and they never seem to be on the gym floor? The alarm was going off the last 3 times I was in there and the staff just never addressed it. Good gym, a lot of room but staff need to prioritise more on existing members rather than having a “launch party” every week to get new members.

A very friendly and welcoming gym
A very friendly and welcoming gym. The staff are helpful and make you feel very comfortable. Equipment is good and there is no wait time on off peak hours. It's convenient and I would recommend this gym.
Only docking a star due to smell in men's changing room.

Good service
The equipment is great, the environment, music, all the facilities are good.
Just in the functional area, I think we need a rope, jump rope, plegable ladder and more dumbbell, because sometimes when you are doing your rutine the dumbbells are upstairs or downstairs and you need to look at them.
Try to do more events like the last one with challenges and prizes.
The team of PT are very kind.
