Good range of equipment and good availability of classes
Only criticism would be that treadmills could be spread out across the gym to meet social distancing requirements rather than closing alternate units as there is often a long wait to use.

Modern clean gym with very helpful and friendly staff. I would suggest removing the boxing bag overlying the squat rack downstairs, impractical use of space.

Nothing changed
Well, i dont see any reason to give better feedback. The gym itself is okay. Funny though i was a fit4less member still had to pay joining fee strangely i got an email telling me i dont have to so now im full of questions. I think there should be more one handed weights downstairs, I miss the pull up machine upstairs, theres no scale in the changing room, mens changing room lacks a hairdryer. I don't really feel like anything changed since fit4less.

The gym has a good variety of machines however is not big enough to accommodate them is a way we can keep the social distance. If you need help to get a training, you have to pay.

I give four stars cause there's always…
I give four stars cause there's always room for improvement:) gym looks great , much better that under last management, you guys have everything thats needed for proper workout.
If I just may suggest changing way of mounting boxing bags as they tend to unattach when you train and also bringing back the bag which was hanging across from bench press station.

The free weights section is lacking
The free weights section is lacking. It’s great that it’s both upstairs and down. But there’s a large number of weights missing in the rack. We need 2 sets (one upstairs, one down of 7.5, 10, 12.5 and 15).
There’s an awful lot of very large weights, but if we’re being honest these are going to be used by a minority of goers.
Other than that it’s great!

Nice but could be better and safer with some staff training
Gym is a good size, some staff are friendlier (and more helpful and knowledgeable) than others though. In any gym there's always one guy / girl who doesn't bring a towel and sweats and sneezes over everything and never cleans things down. Where this used to be an annoyance I just put up with it is now literally a matter of life and death. Staff need to be policing this and sending a very clear message that there is a zero tolerance policy in this regard. They should follow Rachel's example ie be spending more time monitoring the floor watching for this, wiping and resetting machines, hoovering areas when required and less time stuck up in the corner far removed from the floor as a way of keeping an eye and helping to keep us all safe.
