Great Gym
Have been coming to this Gym on and off since it first opened, it has friendly staff, great atmosphere, you don’t feel uncomfortable waking in no one bothers you at all, it has great facilities and is very clean and tidy, I tend to stick to classes or one particular machine but from what I’ve seen it also has a good range of equipment, staff are always on hand for any help or advice you may need, can’t fault it.

Brilliant place
Brilliant place, really friendly staff & great selection of classes. Showers/ Sauna & steam room for after gym workouts and lockers for storage. The app is really easy to use when booking classes. Really enjoying being a member here.

Great gym! Best steam room I’ve been in!
Great gym! I’ve joined for the classes as my fitness had taken a dip with the pandemic. I have enjoyed them all so far but still to try some others. All the staff really friendly & knowledgeable. Having the sauna & steam room is an added bonus. The place is spotless and I would highly recommend anyone to join. Keep up the good work everyone.

Recently moved gyms and so far I have been really impressed with what the guys are delivering at energie fitness, the gym is spotless which makes me feel at ease during the current climate, there is always space and kit to work out on.
The Sauna and steam room are excellent and always very clean, the facilities all round are really good, so happy I decided to move gyms!

Great gym with excellent facilities
Great gym with excellent facilities and a variety of classes to suit all levels. Every member of staff I’ve met in my few weeks since joining have been nothing but friendly and helpful. Makes going to the gym an enjoyable experience!

Very approachable and friendly staff - for every compliment.
Superior hygiene is being held - which is very important for such places
and I must say, an excellent offer of sports nutrition on reception.
