This place is like my second home
This place is like my second home. The gym offers a huge range of equipment and other activities including a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and loads of fitness classes. James, the owner, seems to know everyone by their first name and his team make you feel like part of the family, specifically Poppy who is always full of energy, welcoming and really knows her stuff! Great gym 5*****

I only use your pool
I only use your pool, I’m afraid, but that is what I joined for! The pool is good but, as I use it early in the morning, it does sometimes look a little unloved - I assume pool maintenance is done sometime during the day. If it were done after the pool closed in the evening, it would be much cleaner for the ‘early morning brigade’!

Loving the gym it’s so convenient in…
Loving the gym it’s so convenient in town. Staff are all so helpful and happy!
My only criticism is the steam room is not hot enough sometimes and could do with a touch up looking a bit shabby. Other than that place is clean.

Happy Member
Clean facilities, well maintained with a pleasant ambience. Staff are knowledgeable, approachable and helpful. Other members are considerate and polite. I am starting out getting fit, so far I have used the gym equipment, swimming pool, sauna and steam room. I chose Energie fitness because of the pool and enjoy using it, the temperature is comfortable and the poolside clean without being too chlorinated. I would recommend Energie Fitness East Grinstead.

Why I changed to energie Fitness
I was welcomed into this gym by friendly staff and shown around all the equipment you would need that is modern and kept clean. I was impressed with the free parking, pool/sauna and WiFi availability so I could stick to a workout plan on my phone.
It’s a good place to be!

Friendly and Welcoming
Very friendly welcoming gym with good range of equipment and classes. The pool is lovely. I had an excellent induction and although I was a bit nervous about joining I am so glad I did. I would definitely recommend it.

Great gym!
Love this gym! Friendly people and staff. Don’t feel like I’m being watched or judged like other gyms. Just get in and do your workout that’s what it’s all about. If you need help there is always someone to assist.

Lovely gym. Feel so much better since finally joining.
Lovely gym, exceptionally nice staff, always encouraging good advice. A comfortable and easy gym to belong to, not like one of those huge fitness factories but always a friendly, personal experience. I have been coming three times a week for three months, and am a changed human being. Weight loss, positivity, agility, more energy. Thanks to Energie!
